M&S website is now available to take booking ORDER slots for your Christmas food.
I would EXPECT M&S would be HONEST about the ingredients, but just like Aldi & Lidl, they are NOT listing "ingredients" this year.

Please watch this video by Dr Liz Evans on the addition of synthetic folic acid, which is not the natural folate our bodies need it is a drug. Up to 75% humans are likely to be unable to metabolise synthetic folic acid in usable folate. This will cause the vast majority of people to have ever increasing levels of unmetabolised synthetic folic acid retained in their bodies. There are health concerns around increased cancer risks and many other conditions related to high synthetic folic acid levels in the body.
There are no long term studies of the effect of lifelong exposure to synthetic folic acid.
