This is a real party, and I’ll be there @sama
I’m not getting a Goblin tattoo though
GPT-5.5 is going to have a party for itself. it chose 5/5 at 5:55 pm for the date and time.
if you'd like to come, let us know here: luma.com/5.5
codex will help the team pick people from the replies. 5.5 had some good ideas/requests for the party, which we'll do.
i used to live in @Google Drive, now i use @github for everything except video & image files
GitHub repos are much more agent native than Drive folders
from @ryan_doser13 & my episode on GitHub for normies
GitHub for Non-Coders: How We Use It + Best Repos
My latest podcast with @theaaron breaks down:
- Why @github is basically Google Drive on steroids
- Where to start if you've never touched GitHub
- Where GitHub fits into my website stack
- Backing up your whole AI setup automatically
- Aaron's "chief of staff" GitHub repo setup
- 5 free GitHub repos worth looking into
- The prompt injection risk in public repos

Agent= Claude or Codex
Code= @GitHub
Framework= Astra
Hosting= @Cloudflare
I'm a lifelong wordpress user.
It feels the wordpress plugin and theme spaced is totally f-ed. I'm still using wp but claude's doing everything for me.
these theme businesses were huge. But seem unnecessary now and will be demolished. same with many plugins.
are yall still using wp or just making your own site?
I like using wp for security stuff but also its just what i know.
health teacher: "i don't have the budget for 3d models or videos to demonstrate movements and anatomy to my students"
me: "hold my @claudeai artifact..."
reminder that all those Custom @ChatGPT 's will be gone soon
here's what i'm doing with mine:
-have @OpenAIDevs Codex back them all up to a @github repo
-fork it, and have Astra/Opus look at the instructions for them and start updating them
-then port any i still want active to GPT Plugins
if you made them years ago (i haven't made or edited one in over a year), the instructions are overly prescriptive for today's models, and many are probably unnecessary altogether
i facilitate workshops on ai policy and enablement
if the audience has laptops, i always use a @figma board
and this funny pattern keeps repeating:
i always get questions about figjam boards, sometimes more so than the content i presented
thank you @dramatickat for teaching me the zen of Figjam!
you are headed to parent-teacher conferences for your kid, but have no idea what you should be asking their teachers
here’s the single sentence you should use for every one of them:
“what can we do outside of class time to help our child be more successful in your class?”
Why ask this?
1. If you don’t ask, you get: “your child is doing great, they are a pleasure to have in class…” generic feedback
2. You can already see their assignments and scores, you don’t need a summary of their academic performance.
3. The real power is I giving their teacher the power to help you. No need to justify their grade or rationalize things, just help me help my child.
Bonus point: bring a paper and pen + write down what they say.
Bring this back to the next conference and show them how you’ve done it, and ask: “what’s next?”
NO ONE DOES THIS, and you will absolutely build a great relationship with their teachers and set your child up for success!
unless i'm working with large, 4k video files like this
every agent and AI session is running in the cloud
is there a better way to work with large video editing and transcription projects like this i'm not aware of?
and if you say @Google Drive, you clearly haven't tried 4k video downloads with their MCP connector
wild that this is my main interface for marketing and video editing now
@herdrdev + @ClaudeDevs is the best UI, and if you are non-technical like me, just dive in and get comfortable in a terminal or IDE
i got asked today, "what would you be doing in Tampa if you weren't doing hosting a training here this week?"
how should i answer that @ryanraysr ?
We should all be using Slow Books Pro by @308Greenfield

thanks for liking my tweets so I could take my family on a day trip to watch a college football game
my wife made fun of me every time I pulled out the @XMoney card
more @XCreators funded dates coming soon!
today is the first time i've gotten paid from @XCreators
so i made a promise before opening the notification:
i will take my wife on a date this week, and our budget is whatever the payout $$ ends up being
genuinely thought we would be walking to @McDonalds for a small order of fries
guess not! thanks for the date @elonmusk 🫡
if you're curious what your $30 pizza "cost you", this is what @hark_labs had on me after less than 48hrs:
-934 gmail messages
-415 calendar events, including 1 yr into the future
-177 contacts it scraped from gmail and calendar events
-33 refreshes of the "home card"
I'm not against giving these personal assistant tools the keys to some of my accounts, but we all need reminders of what the "cost" of these are
you can see this for yourself in the Hark app by:
taping your initials icon on the top right
then System Preferences
then Data Management
then Export your data
then Request
Investor $ well spent
Also, genius way to pressure test @hark_labs compute @adcock_brett 🍕🍍

you are paying for the new unified @x + @grok subscription
but you aren't sure how to use your @cursor_ai credits
here's my favorite feature from Cursor:
cloud agents AKA automations
think of them like tasks that trigger on a schedule, and run in the cloud without your device needing to be on
four that I use daily are:
Meeting Note Clerk- scrape all my @wispr, @zoom, @GeminiApp meeting transcripts into my @obsdmd vault
Email Janitor- triage, archive, and organize my personal gmail (mostly junk and I want to look at it as little as possible)
Consulting Clerk- once meeting notes are scraped, update CRM with new leads vs adding updates to existing ones
Morning Briefing- whatever time you first log in on week days, get a 1 page dossier with your meetings, schedule, open loops, high priority tasks, etc. (I have Grok Bot print mine out)
Inter Office Mail Clerk- before @bot got its own email address, I set up my own mail system for agents on @Cloudflare so they can communicate and any tool I connect can see the messages
Full how-to guide on my blog, including a prompt you can give your agent to come up with your own Cursor Automations:

friends don’t let friends leave their codebase in @Lovable
send this to someone who is stuck behind the paywall of a vibecoding platform and let @ryan_doser13 & I teach them how to own their stack!
Is Lovable a Scam? (What to Use Instead)
My latest podcast with @theaaron breaks down:
- My viral post about Lovable that started it all
- The tax you pay for using AI tools like Lovable
- How Lovable's marketing sells you a magic button
- How SaaS companies like Lovable are deceptive about credits
- The setup we use: Claude Code, GitHub, Cloudflare & Astro
- How my fake AI local service website ranks on Google and generates leads
