BREAKING: One clerk sued. Now a Michigan court has ordered November 3 electronic pollbooks preserved statewide.
1) Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson’s deletion rule is on hold while the case proceeds.
2) Statewide: Benson and her co-defendants must instruct every local election official to retain the November 3 electronic pollbooks.
3) Deletion Rule Paused: The court bars enforcement of Rule 168.48 pending resolution of the case.
4) Election Clerks Started It: Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer brought the lawsuit. With election clerk @SScott4USA being first in challenging Benson head on!
5) And election clerk @ShellyLake13 in another Michigan lawsuit right now batting down the corrupt @JocelynBenson and extremely corrupt Jonathan Brater of the MI Bureau of Elections.
6) The RNC and Michigan Republican Party later joined.
7) The Case Continues: This order requires preservation while the court decides the merits.

BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS.
The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election."
And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter."
Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified.
Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months.
One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued.
In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her.
Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight.
Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded."
Reconstruction is not preservation.
This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for.
ONE CLERK. ONE QUESTION. EVERY NOVEMBER POLL BOOK SAVED.

How do you validate the corrupt statewide data uploaded to the QVF without the source data that Jocelyn Benson requires local clerks to delete?
Replying to @KevinKijewski
This great news is now added to the ESA Ledger: esa-ledger.handcountroadshow…
The big issues still is the Secretary of State has assumed supervisory authority over election administration statewide, including prescribing how electronic poll book data gets stored, transferred, and destroyed. Local clerks are elected, but they're being forced to execute a state-run system. The QVF, the EPB software, and the encrypted drives all come from Lansing. So even a well-intentioned clerk who wants to keep a secure personal copy is still violating a prescribed procedure, and that's what exposes them legally.
The deeper tension is this: If the state is ordering destruction of records that federal law says must be kept twenty-two months, then the clerks are being put in an impossible spot: follow the feds OR follow the SOS who is controlling/destroying data.
The TRUTH will set us all free! The local clerks must be sole custodians of this data and we must immediately remove centralized state tyrannical control.
Bring it LOCAL!

Kevin,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Does anyone think the reporters will get this ruling out so that Michigan voters will know how corrupt Jocelyn Benson is - and how her administrative “rules” - which do not follow Election Law - would ruin our State and our God given liberties? If she becomes governor, I can’t wait to hear her Governor Executive Lockdown Orders. Like Whitmer, she will threaten law enforcement that they must write tickets to those who violate her orders. My friends in law enforcement said of Whitmer, “that’s not how it works - tickets are issued to those who break the law. If she wants us to write tickets, she will have to go through the legislature.” If Benson thinks her “rules” override Election Law, she will think her Executive Orders trump legislative approval.

PICK A CRIME: That's the choice Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson handed my client, a township clerk.
A new state rule Benson made orders my client to DELETE the electronic poll book records of the August 4 primary within 7 days of certification. What’s the problem? Federal law orders her to KEEP those same records for 22 months, into 2028.
Delete them? Face up to 1 year of imprisonment under federal law. Refuse? Up to 90 days imprisonment under Michigan law. Every path carries a penalty aimed at my client personally. For trying to follow the law.
My client wrote Jocelyn Benson and the Director of Elections on July 6 and asked one question: how do I obey both? Thirty-seven days. NO ANSWER.
So we asked a judge, while the records still exist. No more waiting around. Declare which law controls. Preserve the voting records.
And the part that should get your attention: the same rule governs the NOVEMBER election.

Amen, @PattyLovesTruth. There are myriad instances of citizens and alternative media journalists like you blowing the whistle on serious election law violations, but when are we going to see ACTION, in the form of serious federal investigations and indictments - not the low level wrist slaps by the most corrupt and wicked AG in Michigan history, designed to divert scrutiny from the demonstrable systemic election corruption in Michigan.
Thank you Patty!
Dear @POTUS @DOJ @FBI @HarmeetKDhillon @AGToddBlanche Here is an extensive list of exclusive stories I've written about voter fraud in Michigan that involve @JocelynBenson and/or @dananessel
Would love to know how Jim Hoft and I can be compensated, for our work?

I'm the investigative reporter that broke the GBI Strategies story you mentioned in your address to the nation. @jsolomonReports did a great job of amplifying my story!
While these cases have not been prosecuted, because we had a crooked FBI, DOJ and MI AG, it certainly doesn't mean crimes weren't committed!
- I was first to report to Jim Hoft of @gatewaypundit about the white van dropping off stacks of ballots on the day after the election at the TCF Center in Detroit.
- I also put together a team to go through hundreds of hours of Detroit drop box footage where we caught USPS workers dropping off stacks of absentee ballots in violatin of the law. I've found "voters" registered to vote from overseas at a coffee shop in Detroit with no residents.
-We found almost 26K absentee voters with no accompanying ballot envelopes in Detroit as part of our investigation of 1 million Detroit 2020 election documents reviewed and entered into @checkmyvote_org website that were obtained by @yehuda_miller in a FOIA lawsuit.
Would love to know how Yehuda, Phani and our team of volunteers can be compensated for the crimes we've uncovered from Detroit's 2020 election.
-I also broke the story about 6 non-citizens on the DHS Worst of the Worst list who are registered to vote in MI. Two of them voted in more than one election!
Every one of these investigative pieces (with evidence) can be found in my response to Jocelyn Benson's tweet, where she attempts to mock you and tell everyone that Michigan's elections are safe.
She has the most corrupt voter rolls in America.

Ka-ching! Can’t wait to see the details and looking forward to publishing more fraud in the upcoming election.
The more we #MeddlingKids spread the reward opportunities around, the more collaboration we will have and the more convictions of election fraudsters we will get.
Together, we can ensure that not only is this upcoming election clean as a whistle, but future elections as well.
Very, very, important message.
Vote...but please vote on election day, Tuesday, November 3, if at all possible.
Why? I have reason to believe that tabulators at early voting sites are equipped with hidden wireless modems. This feature enables those with privileged access to the tabulators to have early notification of election results and trends. This information can then be used by nefarious actors monitoring actual returns against projections to order the injection of fake ballots into drop boxes prior to closure of polls.
Early voting is but one of the mechanisms used by those intent upon subverting the integrity of our elections.
Don't make it easy for them.
Vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd!

Must watch, great read.
Imagine being a Gold Star mother, a county clerk who did the one thing every clerk in America swore an oath to do, which is protect the records of the people who voted, and your reward from the state of Colorado is 12 days in a crowded jail cell with women detoxing from drugs while the people who run the system smile for the cameras and call it justice.
Listen to Tina tell it to @laralogan… the crowded cell, the isolation, the fear, the moment she says she nearly broke. And yet she did not break. She came out of that place with more resolve than she went in with, and she sat down in New York for the 100th episode of Going Rogue to talk about election integrity before the midterms like a woman who has nothing left to be afraid of.
Let me explain what that tells you. They needed her to break. Judge Matthew Barrett handed her nine years, Dan Rubinstein's office built the case, Jena Griswold cheered it on, and the whole machine in this state lined up to make an example out of her so that every other clerk in America would look at Tina and stay in line. Nine years… for looking at the election equipment in her own county and preserving data the people had every right to see.
How is that a serious justice system? How does anyone with a shred of honor look at that sentence and call it proportional? They did not prosecute a crime, they prosecuted a question, and the question was simple… are these machines doing what you say they are doing? Nobody in Colorado's leadership has ever wanted that question answered in public.
I am angry, and most of you are not angry enough. This is a woman who already gave this country her son, and the state treated her like she was the threat. That is institutional rot, top to bottom, and every voter in Colorado needs to remember every name attached to it when they fill out that ballot.
The full episode is worth your time. Then go vote like it matters, because it does.
Pray, Stand, Speak, ACT.

A good friend put the following message together to share ahead of the November 3 midterm election. It is non-partisan. I think it is shareworthy. If you agree, please share it broadly with people on both sides of the political divide.
FWD:
Abraham Lincoln is widely attributed with the quote: “My concern is not whether God is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on God’s side, for God is always right.”
During the American Civil War, Lincoln reportedly made this response to advisors or clergy who expressed gratitude that God was on the side of the Union. The statement reflects a focus on moral responsibility and aligning one’s actions with divine justice, rather than assuming divine support for one’s own political or military objectives.
Be a responsible, informed voter. Do some research before you vote. Then decide which Party's policy platform is more closely aligned with the will of God as revealed in His divinely inspired Holy Scriptures.
