We continue to actively monitor the potential for the biggest snow storm of the season for some this Sat & Sun. Most will see at least a few inches, w/ double-digit totals possible w/i the band of heaviest snow. #MNwx #WIwx

Confidence is high in significant impacts to travel conditions and infrastructure from blizzard conditions as well as very high winds to 60 mph across portions of eastern ND and northwest into west-central MN. #ndwx #mnwx
Blizzard conditions and accumulating snow will lead to very difficult to impossible travel in northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota starting this afternoon/evening, lasting into early Friday morning. High winds to 60 mph will make for very difficult travel, especially for high profile vehicles, and perhaps result in scattered power outages. Avoid travel unless it is an emergency, and prepare for power outages.
