My natural client Rod's 16 week transformation thus far. Nearly a 30lb difference from start of prep to current. This will be our second prep together and Rod's second show.
Right Pic - 20 weeks out
Current Pic - 4 weeks out
Last year Rod just missed his OCB pro card. This year we are doing the Ben Weider Naturals!!

Competitor client 3.5 weeks out. 5'10 @ 204.8lbs this morning.
Notes: Glutes from the side need work still to be ready for show day. Need to see another ~7 lbs come off ~2 lbs/week.
With that said, he's in a great spot I'd say as long as he says locked in!

Fix this hack squat MISTAKE & grow BIGGER quads
You're going TOO DEEP.
- Quads grow from knee flexion, aka bending at the knee.
- As long as your knees are traveling forward, your depth comes from knee flexion and the tension stays on your quads.
- Once your knees stop traveling forward, any extra depth comes from hip flexion. That shifts the work off your quads and onto your glutes.
How to fix it:
- Feet LOW on the platform. Your knees can travel further forward, so you get more knee flexion and the depth stays on your quads.
- Only go as deep as your knees can travel forward. When your knees stop, that's your bottom.
- Pause at the bottom for a beat, the drive back up thinking "bring knees back"
You can see my knees pull BACK at 0:07 -> hip flexion taking over.

I never knew how many IFBB pros were from third world countries and actively use Telegram until they all started following me on Twitter.
I bet they have the best gear connects that won’t give me sepsis.

The bodybuilding anon experts are out in force today.
People who’ve never been 10% body fat…never mind stage lean peeled.
It’s different gravy at this level of leanness mate.
Quite simply people talking out of their arse again.
Welcome to the internet!
It’s almost as if caffeine gives you energy to have a more active lifestyle.
People who drank more coffee had less body fat, less visceral fat, and more lean mass than less-frequent or non-drinkers.
The biggest benefit was seen at 5 or more cups per day.
And for men, every extra cup per day was associated with a ~10 ng/dL higher total testosterone. Higher coffee intake was also associated with better glucose and insulin regulation in men.
This was an observational study, but mechanistic and experimental evidence actually supports coffee's benefits on metabolic and hormonal health. I'm willing to believe there's a real link here rather than draw a conclusion such as "coffee drinkers live healthier lives in general."
Pretty sure we all think of the same account on here when we watch this.

The peptide space will evolve once sharper minds enter the arena and formalize a lot of the bro science
Right now it’s mostly under-informed sheisters trying to make a quick buck
If peptides like BPC-157, TB-4/500, GHK-cu will have a role in post surgical recovery to, we will need to more clearly delineate how they affect wound healing and scar tissue formation
Your fav influencer is telling you to take all 3 regardless of injury.. but what if there is more nuance in which to select when in what part is the recovery.
Will be digging into this more.
Have a patient with a pathological over expression of scar tissue after surgery, I think some of the above peptides will help and some will hurt. No clear signal
