Taking out £70k’s worth of bounce back loans, the maximum for the size of the two companies he claimed to have, whilst having no employees and then transferring shares to your mum, the accountant, then not filing accounts / annual corporate filings after the loans (a violation of the Companies Act)…

Thursday evening I received a phone call from a journalist who followed an extremely aggressive and clumsy line of questioning where he confused assets, profit, and turnover. He confirmed that the phone call was off the record and I advised him to please be very careful with the details and consult a technically qualified person. Despite his confirmation that the call was off the record, he has made public reference to it.
Yesterday (Friday) lunch time I received an email from the same journalist asking me to provide detailed information relating to businesses that ceased trading some years ago. The deadline to provide that information was 6pm the same day.
I confirmed to the journalist that all my business dealings had always been conducted fully within the law and in compliance with all regulations and that appropriately qualified professionals had reviewed all activity confirming the same.
FACTS:
- My business dealings have been reviewed by ICAEW qualified professionals. Absolute compliance was confirmed!
- My Register of Interests was completed with the support of IPSA!
As a precautionary measure, and for the protection of ReformUK, I have asked to have the whip suspended temporarily.

Reform UK DOLGE Cabinet role in @Kent_cc will cost £36k per year
An FOI request has revealed that DOLGE will in fact use taxpayers money with Councillor Matthew Fraser getting a £36k allowance for the role on top of his Councillor allowance.
It begs the question - how much will this cost across their councils?
This FOI also highlights the fact they are not going to be security vetted. 👀
