Public life is not a free pass for personal abuse. When a national leader uses vulgar language against the late father of the Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji . It is the complete collapse of dignity and basic ethics.

It was a pleasure to participate in an interaction organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM) with senior representatives of leading US companies operating in India, as part of the engagement with the India–US Parliamentary Friendship Group.
We had productive discussions on strengthening bilateral trade and investment across aviation, defence, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, R&D, AI, data centres and agriculture. 3 महीने में नशामुक्त पंजाब का वादा कर सत्ता में आई भगवंत मान सरकार में नशे का कारोबार भी बढ़ गया है। नशे के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ते हुए गुरदासपुर के विक्रमजीत सिंह, संगरूर के गुलजार सिंह और मानसा के परविंदर सिंह झोटा ने अपना जीवन गँवाया।
आज केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री श्री अमित शाह जी ने गुरदासपुर, संगरूर और मानसा में इनके परिजनों से उनके आवास पर जाकर भेंट की और आश्वासन दिया कि एक भी दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
साथ ही उन्होंने यह संकल्प दोहराया कि 31 दिसंबर 2029 से पहले पंजाब सहित पूरे देश को नशे के कारोबार से मुक्त करेंगे।

Meeting Angadveer and Fatehveer, the young sons of Shaheed Parvinder Singh Jhota Ji, was deeply moving. No child should have to grow up without a father who gave his life fighting the drug menace.
As a small commitment to his family and the Punjab he fought for, I have taken responsibility for the education of both children and will establish a Drug Rehabilitation Centre in Mansa in his memory.
His fight must continue through the lives we save and the futures we protect. Angadveer and Fatehveer must always know that their father’s courage will never be forgotten, and that they will never stand alone and it is our duty to support his widow and our sister Manpreet Kaur.

On one hand, there was Parvinder Singh Jhota, who was fighting against drugs; on the other, there were chemists like Ashwini Kumar who were selling drugs. Despite numerous raids and various incidents, the police failed to take any action.
