Needless to say, despite Heatley being soooooo passionate about eradicating homelessness in Mcr, his developments regularly seemed to be completely unviable if it came to meeting statutory s.106 stipulations on affordable housing provision, so very happily (for him) got exempted

Blackpool v Manchester City
FA Cup 4th Round
January 1988.
We don’t see goal mouth scrambles like this in today’s game, we don’t see limbs in the stands after a goal is scored as we used to back then, and if you watch the referee, you don’t see them running back to the half way line when a goal is scored. They are usually waiting for the scoring team to finish celebrating on their knees pointing to the sky, then five minutes later, telling them to get back to the halfway line.
How football used to be!

I have always respected Tommy Robinson for his work on the rape gangs - he gave evidence to our inquiry, and it was remarkable to hear his level of knowledge. It contributed massively to our findings.
Tommy was fair and balanced. I learnt a lot.
He has not been treated fairly by our establishment for many years, and today is the latest example of that.
To be honest, I believe it is a disgrace.
He was right on the rape gangs. The state was wrong.
They want to vilify him for that.
The media, the justice system, Labour, the Tories, Farage. It was made very clear to me when I was in Reform that I was not to praise Tommy Robinson publicly. I did regardless.
The entire establishment is against him.
My view is this - he has done more than any politician to uncover the rape gangs, and for that I thank him.

The owners greed has created a lazy culture at the club. No interest on what happens on the pitch , it’s about £
The match going fans that support through thick and thin are the ones that don’t deserve this shit show of a circus created by the worst owners in world football🇾🇪

Carrick will go.
New manager in.
Slight improvement.
Owners fail the new manager.
Rinse and repeat👍

Spending money on land for a new ground, that the majority of people don't want, rather than investment in a team that needs it.

🚨BREAKING🚨
My house was raided yesterday morning at 5.30am by Greater Manchester Police, one uniformed officer and three from CID, with a live arrest warrant out for me.
This is in relation to the attacks on migrant HMOs across Salford.
Absolute nonsense.
All I’ve done is report what’s happening in our communities using public council information and refused to condemn our own people.
I expect to be arrested in the next day or two.
I’ll keep you updated.
This is a stitch-up for telling the truth.
Never surrender 💪🏻🏴

Breaking: The Prime Minister has denied recent involvement with the owners of Manchester City Football Club.
After this non answer that position is no longer tenable.

Burnham's biggest gaff yet.
👇👇👇👇
My husband said it - when Burnham was just Mayor of Manchester he could say what people wanted to hear and it didn't matter much.
Now he's PM, every word could be a headline
And what's he do? Goes on a podcast and says "Russia caused Brexit". 🤦🤦🤦
Nice headline, Andy. Right out of the Remainer greatest hits.
Then MI5's own chief has to come out today and slap him down.
Sir Ken McCallum says there's a difference between "attempted" and "outcome swayed" and Russia's effort was "unimpressive". And that Putin's trolls will be delighted Burnham is bigging them up.
This is a PM who doesn't think before he speaks. He wanted a headline about Russia to distract from his own problems, and instead got MI5 telling him to stop helping Russian propaganda.
Brexit was 17.4 million of us voting to leave. Not bots in Moscow. 💥💥💯
If you can't trust him not to throw British voters under the bus for a cheap podcast clip, what can you trust him with?
I'll remind everyone Makerfield was a huge Brexit constituency, I wonder if they realise what they've done to themselves and the rest of us 🤦🤦🤦

It’s been 28 years since Mark Williams and Stephen Hendry played one of the most epic black-ball games in the deciding frame of the 1998 Masters.

You need photo ID to collect a parcel or open a bank account, so asking for it at a polling station is hardly a big ask. Scrapping it should worry anyone who cares about clean elections.

I assume BBC Panorama is making a programme about Burnham and Manchester's relationship with the UAE, as now exposed by Manchester City scandal. If not, then the Panorama editor should consider their position.

If Tory and Restore voters tactically unite around Reform then the patriotic majority win.
We control our borders.
Detain & deport.
Put British people first.
Save the country.
If they don’t, if the Right does not unite, then a lot of people will be screaming into their phones as the Left dominates until the 2030s.
That is the truth.
You might not like it.
But it is the truth.
We have only one chance to turn things around.
Just one.
The Left are starting to box clever by voting tactically.
If the Right does not do the same then we will lose and lose heavily.
Our children and the country are depending on us finding that unity.
No guilt trip. Just being real.
