Among those who have already voted, 6% of Republicans have voted for the Democratic candidate, while 0% of Democrats have voted for the Republican candidate.
Among Independents, Democrats are winning by 37 points (67%-30%).
Almost all Republican crossover comes from voters who identify as โmostly Republicanโ rather than โstrongly Republican.โ

Parole is back!
Yep, zero release is OVER: Brazilian outlets, citing US customs/immigration records (which I presume are the I-94s), report that Flรกvio Bolsonaro, his wife Fernanda, and their two daughters were paroled in "DT", meaning they were found inadmissible but granted humanitarian parole under INA ยง 212(d)(5) which is a discretionary determination by CBP/DHS which allows them to "parole" the person in the US and out of custody for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. It generally authorizes a parole status for of up to one year.
With a parole he can now proceed to file an affirmative asylum application and of course it should be referred to EOIR without an interview coz those are the rules ๐คช

Excellent article. Lot to unpack. Iโve been on several of these pods-the Teamhouse (multiple times, Iโm good friends with the hosts) and I was on Andy and Shawnโs shows as well. All different in their interview styles. All I enjoyed doing (though some difficult re how deep I went). And my experience is quite different than noted here re ROEs โ as I think tried to focus so much on how one recovers from the mental and physical health wounds of my old job. It was therapy sessions on steroids, more than complaining about restrictive ROEs. I was a mess, and doing these pods helped. Thatโs what I found most therapeutic and helpful from these shows.
