As a person with a disability myself and married to a woman in a wheelchair I’m tired of all these fuckers that go “what about the disabled”. Pedestrianise more streets and bring better accessible tube stations and we’re golden.
Fuck the cars.

Omg do you actually think that "digestive" means the biscuits have some sort of laxative in them? Rage bait used to be smart and sneaky, now it's just dumb people showing how dumb they are.

Digestive biscuits are not laxatives. The name comes from their invention c.1839, where some believed the sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) gave the biscuits antacid properties and aided digestion.
The chocolate-covered digestive is considered one of the UK’s favourite snacks.

It's interesting to compare and contrast how the UK's political and media establishment treat JK Rowling for, ahem, "expressing controversial personal beliefs" and "standing up for free speech" with how Sally Rooney has been treated for actually doing those things.
DBKL is a coward for not doing similar pedestrianisation on Bukit Bintang that people have been asking for. Only some parts of Bukit Bintang also they cannot. "Still studying." Sure, Jan.
London’s iconic Oxford Street will be pedestrianised between Orchard Street and Great Portland Street from today onwards.
