🚨🚨 I have just been informed by @ReawakenUSA CEO @realjamesowen that he was called by @UMich and asked to have my video of yesterday’s attack removed due to negative blowback on lunatic, Temulun Togochog I’ll repost it every day until she’s expelled and charged.

AI made me 10x more productive, and the reason is my ADHD. I'm a big picture guy. The small boring tasks never gave me any dopamine, so they piled up. I spent my whole life teaching myself frameworks just to force my way through them. AI changed that. Now I say what I want, watch it get done in seconds, and get the hit of finishing something. The boring work stopped being torture. It's actually fun now.

The threat to SaaS is not every company using AI to build their own internal version of Slack. It’s a small team of experienced engineers using AI to build a better Slack alternative and offering it at a fraction of the price, along with better customization support for enterprises. The nimble and AI-first startup will put a severe price pressure on traditional SaaS.

Bragging about vibe coding your own Airtable etc to save $40 a month is just a verbose way of admitting your time is worth $0 an hour

Every company that refuses to replace employees with AI is choosing inefficiency over progress. Businesses exist to maximize results, not preserve jobs. If AI can do the work, humans shouldn't be doing it.

Pre AI your moat was tech knowledge. You learned Rails, learned to do UX better than others, and built a better product. 2025/6 era we merged that knowledge with AI at an executional level. You have an idea for a new product or feature, you get AI to build it. Repeat. It’s 2x or 3x faster, limited by your brain and backlog. 2027 is going to be about AI knowledge. Your framework will be a proprietary set of skills, harnesses, loops etc that do all of the strategic and executional work for you. It’s 100x faster. You check in once a day to correct course. People will try to sell toolsets like this but yours is better or more tailored for your needs. That means most product development and technical marketing (SEO etc) is done by AI. Your job as a founder is to do the marketing stuff that AI can’t do. In person events. YouTube videos. Webinars. White glove onboarding. Your moat is how many X factors of speed you can get out of your AI framework, and how good your non-AI marketing is.

AI will never replace web development completely i mean you can't say "make a website for bus company" and expect it to be done

There’s no moat in software anymore and do not let anyone tell u otherwise. All software can be cloned now
Starting to see “AI will eat software” predictions slowly coming true. My barber just moved his booking system off booksy after 5 years because a friend of his learned about Claude and vibe coded nearly the same thing for his website in a weakened. He told me it makes no sense to pay booksy anymore. I think this trend might accelerate starting from low margin and mom-and-pop businesses then spreading.

Hey @Microsoft, here's a layoff idea. 1. Open LinkedIn. 2. Find employees who post more about productivity than they actually deliver. 3. Compare their posts with their shipped products. Your next cost-cutting strategy just got interesting.
