Imagine losing your mates and seeing their brains blown all over the front of your vehicle and then on the day you put on your modest paper poppy and medals, to pay your respects, you have to come home and see this kind of post telling you that the poppy you wore and bought to lay a wreath at their graves is “tacky and inappropriate for such a solemn occasion”. Upsetting.
I also don’t like to criticise this symbol but I do feel that the paper poppies are tacky and inappropriate for such a solemn occasion. I haven’t bought a paper poppy in years. The pins are much better.

It's funny that Kaczynski dedicated 10,000 words to shitting on libtards, while his criticism of conservatives was a single paragraph that read: "You guys are fools for thinking that you can maintain traditional values while radically altering the material conditions of society."
i got bored and decided to read the unabomber manifest and i cannot fucking believe that a guy who blew up mailboxes and killed 3 people clocked the fuck out of the leftist movement 40 years ago

Of MPs, New Labour's are by far the most fragile, skin one atom thick - and with the tendency to treat their constituencies like feudal baronies, remember when Stella Creasy got miffed that John McDonnell did an event in her constituency without like, asking her first?
My friend @Jess4Lowestoft is a hero and a champion for women and children’s safety every single day. Disagree with her if you want, she can take it. But the horrific character attacks this week should give us all pause about what our politics has become Proud of you Jess x

The poppy represents all British losses of all wars. That includes the falklands, you know the flag you cut about Glasgow with that killed Brits funding Argentina. Imagine buying a poppy then flying a flag of those that killed them...

Now that Trumpism is over, rightoids/gladio nazis no longer needed by Musk and the Jews are defaulting back to their favorite passtimes of salacious sex gossip, who is white debates, and philosophical readings of Star Wars cape shit.

"Won't somebody refocus on my materialist ideology rather than the literal explicitly racial based genocide taking place (I wouldn't demand this were it South Africa, then I'd call it out for what it is)" is basically 90% of left anti-zionism. Terrified of Jewish people.

In 1980, Heseltine described Thatcher's 'right-to-buy' scheme as "the biggest transfer of capital wealth from the state to ordinary people". Correction - given that the average UK house buyer pays 1.8 times the capital on a 25-year mortgage, it was also the biggest transfer of monetary wealth from the public sector to private moneylenders. It also blew up an asset-inflation bubble for good measure, making house prices 5-7 times rather than 2-4 times the average salary. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c699…

Outside the Supreme Court, where the Palestine Action appeal hearing closed for the day, a man was arrested for saying, "In the UK, it's a crime to say, I support Palestine Action". Police reportedly said it was due to the length of the pause between "crime to say" and "I support.."
