I don't understand the hate toward her, i've asked on a stream before, "She denounced all the OF stuff and took accountability, what do you want? For her to go to hell?" And tons of commenters answered yes to that. So... that explained a lot.
These people act as if she owes them something, which is strange. She doesn't. And she didn't get away from all accountability either - yes she is saved, but there are repercussions for sin in this life, and I'm sure she has and possibly still is battling through that in ways we probably don't even know. Not only that, but for those criticizing her, if they have ever partaken in porn before then they are just as guilty as her. But do we hold that sin against them if they've repented? Absolutely not.
She sinned against God, and He forgave her. Why are you mad?
Much love to her.

Layoffs in the gaming industry is long overdue.
For years, major studios treated paying customers with open contempt, pushed ideology over great gameplay, and bloated budgets on projects nobody asked for; all while acting like they were untouchable.
The era of consequences is finally here.
Stop blaming the audience, stop lecturing the fans, and start building things people actually want to buy.
Fries in the bag, please! 🍟

> loses his lab
> he sues her for defamation
> jury awards him $6 million in defamation case and rejects her claims that she was coerced in any way
How did 13 members of a civilian jury come to a different conclusion than @MIT?
Answer: MIT’s investigation was not exactly independent thanks to coordinated female faculty collusion. It was a kangaroo court and the verdict was pre-determined
🚨 BOMBSHELL COURT EVIDENCE EXPOSES INSIDER INFLUENCE OVER MIT'S TENURE-REVIEW PROCESS IN THE DAVID M. SABATINI ORDEAL.
🔱 NEW REVELATION — Court evidence exposes MIT Professor Sangeeta Bhatia's involvement in the selection of Sabatini's tenure-review committee
On 27 September 2021, Kristin Knouse exchanged messages with Izabella Pena following a conversation with @MIT Professor Sangeeta Bhatia.
The court-disclosed messages reveal Kristin Knouse telling Izabella Pena:
🔴 “Sangeeta just called”
🔴 “they even asked for insight into who to put on the committee”
🔴 “AND she said she will go to Rafael Reif’s office and protest the decision if and when needed.”
Pena responded:
“At least they are asking her insight”
Knouse replied:
“Exactly”
“This is good”
⚠️ The evidence exposes a troubling channel of insider influence surrounding MIT's tenure-review process.
These contemporaneous communications document that Knouse understood Bhatia to have been consulted about the committee's composition and to be prepared to challenge its eventual decision directly with MIT President Rafael Reif.
Rather than an independent review insulated from interested parties, the messages reveal access to the committee-selection process by an academic aligned with the complainant, raising serious concerns about institutional impartiality and conflicts of interest.
This disclosure adds another significant piece to the growing documentary record surrounding the institutional handling of Professor @DMSabatini's case.

This is his response to a paying member of 7 months…
I can agree that the burst of negative narrative surrounding Baron over the last several days did NOT feel entirely organic.
That was obvious.
However, mixed in with the bot attack are authentic accounts, like me, who genuinely are disappointed with Baron.
I have watched Baron's show religiously for the last 9 months.
In the last several weeks, I have watched less for a variety of reasons.
However, I watched Tuesday's show live---at least part of it.
Although, I disagreed with his take on the Leah interview, I certainly respect that people have different perspectives on the situation.
Baron says a lot of things that I dont agree with---that's not my issue.
I do not tune in with the expectation that he will fill my ears with only things that I agree with.
I enjoy the thought provoking nature of his content.
In my opinion, Baron's Tuesday episode felt very off.
Just not his usual content---didnt enjoy it.
But, again, I respect that it is his show.
He can do what he wants.
He has no duty to please us.
I get it.
This isnt what caused me to unfollow him.
What caused me to unfollow him is this clip below. 👇👇👇
I hadn't seen this part of the show live, and when I first saw the clip floating around X, I was shocked and questioned whether it was even REAL.
😱
In my opinion, his response was inconsistent with his brand---"intellectually honest, philosophically consistent".
He is a self-proclaimed free speech absolutist but tells his viewers to "shut up" when he doesnt like what they say?
"Shut up"
"Goodbye"
I found it to be disrespectful.
➡️Since Baron is taking commentary without clips or quotes less seriously than those with, here is the clip. 👇👇
And, here is the quote:
"Shut up. I mean, seriously, shut up. If you have a question, ask me the question. But if you're going to rant and rave because you don't like my take on one particular podcaster, shut up. I'm serious. I do not do this show to please you. I do this show because this is a good community and we have good entertainment and we we get good information and we go back and forth. If you think that that is going to affect me in any way whatsoever, bye. I'm serious. Bye."-Baron Coleman (10/20/2026)

Spectacular Nature piece on why AI is not conscious and probably will never be.
Three arguments:
1) Intelligence is not consciousness.
Intelligence is about solving problems. Consciousness is about having subjective experiences.
AlphaFold can solve super difficult problems. By contrast, our brains performs complex operations entirely outside awareness.
Problem-solving and consciousness are two separate things.
2. Biology is essential.
Our brains are alive, down to every cell. Their activity is inseparable from the living tissue that produces it.
The idea that consciousness can be reproduced simply by running the right computations on silicon components who do not fight for their life is a very far fetching and, I would add, almost religious, assumption.
3) The physical organization may matter more than the computation.
According to integrated information theory, consciousness requires specific causal relationships between a system’s physical components.
The computer architectures running today’s AI lack this organization.
The comparison with AlphaFold is particularly revealing:
Almost nobody things AlphaFold is conscious, despite its inner working is very similar to an LLM
Why?
Because it does not speak.
LLMs do speak like us and therefore we fall into an illusion:
Since they speak like us, they must be like us.
But this inference is wrong.
LLMs are just a series of matrix multiplications.
They are not conscious, and they will never be.

Basically, we don't appreciate the little gifts we have until they are gone... And forever.
Remember falling asleep on the couch during family holiday gatherings?
You could hear the adults talking and laughing in the background, dishes being put away, and the TV playing softly.
You didn't have a care in the world. You just knew everyone was there, and you were safe.
It's funny how much you miss those ordinary nights, especially the people who made them feel like home.
