Two minutes of eye contact in an ice bath is enough for norepinephrine to reach the brain and produce measurable increases in attraction. The research on eye-gazing and the research on cold exposure point to the same outcome. morozkoforge.com/post/ice-ba…

I've founded two ventures:
1) @MorozkoForge is ice baths and
2) MyGreen Lamp is forest light.
People who combine them are telling me they feel a sense of calm and freedom from anxiety.
They send me pictures and videos, and now Google is getting confused and AI is wondering "What the hell is going on?"

Replying to @rcextremebike
I founded the @MorozkoForge ice bath company so i could have a plunge that:
1. makes its own ice
2. is grounded to Earth
3. works with Epsom salt & other minerals
4. Is chlorine-free (ozone only).
It's hella expensive, and it's the best value in the cold plunge market.

The fastest way to enter ketosis is ice bath.
Cold thermogenesis clears glucose from the blood and causes white fat cells to release lipids. Ketones are produced as an intermediary product of fat metabolism & almost immediately gobbled up by the brain.

Most people quit in the first 30 seconds. That's exactly when the magic starts.
I've done thousands of cold plunges. And every single time, my body goes through the same 5 stages:
1. Panic mode. Cold shock hits, blood vessels slam shut, BP spikes. Your brain is screaming GET OUT.
2. The shift. Sympathetic nervous system takes the wheel. Dopamine and noradrenaline start flooding in. Breathing stabilizes.
3. You're locked in. Dopamine is now up to 250% above baseline. This is where most people tap out. Don't.
4. Your metabolism kicks into overdrive to fight the drop in core temp. You're literally burning more fuel just sitting still.
5. The rebound. Vessels open back up, metabolic rate stays elevated, and that feeling? That's your biology rewarding you for doing hard things.
Your action step: Commit to 2 minutes, 3x this week. Don't adjust the temp. Don't distract yourself. Stay present. That's the whole practice.

WE ARE BACK! 🥶
Just got into the cold plunge after taking some time away.
It’s amazing how difficult it feels when you’ve been out of the routine.
The funny thing is you’re not fighting the cold…
You’re fighting yourself.
Once you’re in, you remember why you do it:
✅ Increased mental resilience
✅ Reduced inflammation
✅ Faster recovery after training
✅ Improved mood and dopamine response
✅ Better stress management
✅ Increased energy and alertness
Most growth happens on the other side of discomfort.
