Anti-woke fans love calling themselves free thinkers, yet blindly believe every word their favorite grifters say. Their hive mind is pathetic and childish.

I’m so tired of people being weird , of lying, of mistreating their friends. I’m so tiredβ€” like go work on yourself and stop abusing others and using them as void replacers in your life, to be discarded when you’re bored. People aren’t toys they’re human beings for fucks sake

You are the company you keep. Chat reflects the streamer. And, as a creator, it DOES fall on you to speak out against any hate and vitriol carried out in your name. Failure to do so is, put simply, condoning the behavior. I cannot believe I have to say all of this in 2026. πŸ™ƒ

Today I learned that World of David Walliams existed. People were actually going there, or? Put us out of our misery too, is he this 'mystery' predator guy, his name is floating around an awful lot but I'm not one for speculations.

I don't care how many hours you've played. I don't care how many trophies you've earned. I don't care what difficulty you play on. If gaming makes you happy, you're doing it right. We need to stop gatekeeping the hobby we all love.

Trauma taught me to focus on everything that could go wrong. Healing taught me to focus on what I can do next. One mindset creates helplessness. The other creates momentum. When life gets chaotic, ask yourself: "What is one thing I can do right now?" Start there. You’re not broken, you’re meant to heal.

Totally caught me by surprise, what a legend.
Legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart, best known for his roles as Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek and Professor X in X-Men, has died. He was 86.

Narcissists are trolls. They live to provoke a negative response out of you. That’s their joy. That’s what makes them feel accomplished. Now you might be thinking, β€œwell it just sounds like deep down they’re hurt and desperate for some compassion.” Yeah, we’ve tried that. Showing them humanity or compassion only seems to make you a bigger target. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

I think peoples issues is less of a Eurogamer problem, really. It's a byproduct of how we've become conditioned to see the likes of 60 as a 'negative' review score. If you used the 1-100 scale fully, 60 is a positive score. teapawt.org/i/trending/21145814278…

That plus this weird cultural obsession with aggregate scores as being some 'objective' representation of the games quality/overall standing, rather than for what they actually are... nothing more than an average of opinions from a selected group.

I always find it unusual when someone mistakes my random memory for intelligence. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the compliment. But being able to recall some pointless information or trivia that I heard one time 10 years ago is not the same as being 'smart' πŸ˜…

It’s incredibly selfish to enter someone’s life, recognise how loving, genuine, and full of light they are and then disrupt their peace because you haven’t dealt with your own issues. It’s one thing to be healing, to have fears or to carry wounds from your past. None of us are perfect and we all have things we’re working through. But there’s a difference between being imperfect and making someone else pay for the pain you refuse to confront. You don’t get to seek comfort in someone’s kindness, enjoy the way they love you and then treat their heart carelessly because you don’t know how to handle your own emotions. Someone else’s love is not a place to hide from the work you need to do on yourself. If you have no intention of showing up with honesty, consistency and sincerity, leave people alone. You never know how hard someone has worked to find their peace and you have no right to make them pay for wounds they didn’t cause.

A useful thread. I experienced dealing with a covert narcissist. The explanation makes sense to me general strategy here I feel like works in practice. It does take some self-restraint to avoid 'fighting' against lies etc. but trust time to do it's thing and expose reality.
Covert narcissists control people through guilt tripping and by telling everyone how badly they've been mistreated. If they can't control you, they try to control what people think about you. A Guide On Letting People Reveal Themselves:
