If you’ve spent the last several days watching prominent conservatives accuse young men of tongue-kissing communism because they complained that life has become unaffordable, let us assure you that you’ve not stumbled into a Babylon Bee headline. Hold up. Maybe you have, because they’re actually on that side these days. Regardless, reality really has become this stupid. Apparently, somewhere along the way, wanting to own a modest three-bedroom home before Medicare kicks in became Marxism, and wondering why groceries now require a small business loan has become “class warfare.” Suggesting that a young husband shouldn’t need three jobs and sell a kidney on eBay just to keep his family afloat became evidence that he secretly dreams of nationalizing Chipotle. An alarming (but predictable) number of conservative commentators immediately preached the same tired sermon. “Stop whining. Eat ramen. Learn to cook. Work harder. You’re doing life wrong. The market has spoken. Only communists complain about prices.” Dan Crenshaw, the NeoCon warmonger who invented the term “Woke Right,” before James Lindsay stole it and acted like it was his, was the guy who said to “Eat Ramen.” This is the guy who voted to give $61 billion to Ukraine, $26 billion to Israel, and voted to raise the government debt ceiling in the “Fiscal Responsibility Act.” That’s right - when the government went into debt paying for trans-kitty fashion shows in Morocco and subsidizing the National Institute for Immersive Mime Performance, Crenshaw raised the debt ceiling and called it “fiscal responsibility.” That one-eyed tax pirate is telling you to eat goyslop and be grateful. Homes really do cost dramatically more relative to income than they once did. Groceries really are eating a bigger share of your paycheck. Insurance really is outrageous. Starting a family really is more financially intimidating than it was a generation ago. None of that is communist propaganda. It’s called “noticing things.”

How is fundraising and giving it to the victims and hero grifting? Or are you and Reilly just jealous?

Our hearts are with the victims, their families, the employees, and the first responders affected by the horrific shooting in Twin Falls. We also want to recognize the ordinary citizens who didn’t run from danger—they stepped up to help complete strangers. Whether they rendered first aid, protected others, called for help, or reportedly confronted the shooter in an effort to stop the violence, their courage deserves our gratitude. As the investigation continues, let’s remember that this tragedy is about the victims and the heroes. Twin Falls is stronger than evil because of the people who refuse to stand by when their neighbors need them.

2 years ago, Jordan "The Fearless Patriot" Salinas posted on Facebook "train like your life depends on it because God forbid, one day it might" Today he helped save the lives of countless civilians from an active shooter at the In-N-Out in Twin Falls, Idaho what's chilling is that in this very facebook post from 2 years ago, he is posed in the exact same way and holding what appears to be the same gun that he used to save the lives of countless individuals today

Flock cameras will not be used to stop minority criminals They will be used to arrest people like Shiloh
The Shiloh Hendrix case brings up an interesting privacy issue - why can someone film you, even follow you around and film you, and then disseminate the video in the media? People are rightly outraged that Hendrix has been convicted of "disorderly conduct" for using a bad word when the guy filming her was clearly harassing her, and then spread the video all over the internet. Some people even brought up the Fourth Amendment in some comments on my other posts about this. In the US, privacy is attached to the home. What you do inside your home is private, but when you are in a public space you are basically fair game. So some journalist can approach you, stick a microphone in your face and ask you all sorts of questions. Or some jerk in a public park can try to goad you into saying a nasty word, and then spread it all over the web. Because you are "out in public" - you don't have any expectation of privacy, and no Fourth Amendment protection. I've done posts about this in the past - but this is different in continental Euro countries like France and Germany. There you can film just random scenes on the street of crowds of people, but you cannot single someone out, film them up close, ask them questions - and then just post it all over the internet. You have some privacy protections that attach to you as a person, and in how your image is used. So this guy who harassed Shilo wouldn't just be in the clear like he is in the USA, where privacy protections don't really extend beyond your home. It seems like there should be some laws passed that provide a little protection from this kind of harassment. They would run up against First Amendment "freedom of the press" issues, but there should be a way to find some balance there.

This is just a taste of the many Flock camera abuses that @secureainow’s Dylan Oliver details in his @WashTimes column, and there are likely many, MANY, more: “Many Flock cameras feature streaming capabilities and artificial intelligence tracking tools that can follow human movement — all human movement — in real time.” “Flock’s ‘Condor’ camera is an AI-enhanced pan-tilt-zoom camera for active surveillance, autonomously following a person or vehicle rather than simply surveilling a general area. Condor cameras have been caught broadcasting both live and archived footage directly to the open internet. No passwords or login credentials are required to access the footage…” “In June, Flock cameras wrongly tracked a journalist for days over ‘stolen’ plates — because of a data error originating in California — and sent four police cars to intercept him in Minnesota, despite no crime ever being committed.” He also notes that in Georgia and Wisconsin, police officers were charged with abusing Flock cameras for “personal searches” and stalking… What the hell?! These are not just cameras ‘taking plate numbers.’ And the abuses described here - all serious civil liberties infringements - are all also relatively NEW developments. So, unless anything is done about this and quick, expect this trend to get worse before it can possibly get better. washingtontimes.com/news/202…

Vilifying Palantir or Flock alone is a trap. They're just 2 examples of 1000s of surveillance companies. The enemy is the entire warrantless mass surveillance industry, and that's what we have to dismantle.

A FOIA request revealed that, in just one town, 3rd parties (credit card companies, cell phone companies, alphabet agencies, retailers, foreign governments, etc...) accessed camera data more than 500,000 times in a 9 week period. "Flock Safety could not guarantee that it's not sharing information with federal agencies." No shit. Several municipalities in CT are "turning off" their Flock cameras in response to what one FOIA request revealed. The problem - the towns don't control/own the cameras nor the data they collect so they can't turn them off. They can instruct their employees to not access them but Flock, a private company funded *almost exclusively* (outside of people like Marc Andreessen & his ilk) by taxpayer dollars, owns the devices and the data. Plan accordingly... #rural #CT #police #crime #PoliceState #4thAmendment #14thAmendment #CivilRights #ALPR #cops #stalking #women #windsor #flock #SurveillanceState
