AI is making intelligence abundant. The next bottleneck is knowing which intelligence is actually best for a specific job, right now. I followed that problem all the way down. That chain of reasoning became Telegraph Protocol.

Your agent shouldn't be stuck with one API. Build with ranked intelligence from an open market.

Vitalik's "Cryptographic World Computer" post describes almost exactly the role Telegraph was designed for. Ethereum as the secure core underneath larger decentralized systems. High-frequency work happens outside the chain, while Ethereum keeps the state, settlement and guarantees that need a globally secure base. He even describes "a stronger decentralized layer in the middle between users and a chain." Telegraph applies that model to machine intelligence. Intelligence is harder than deterministic computation. Cryptography can prove a computation ran correctly. It can't prove which of five forecasts, risk scores or search results is the best intelligence. So Telegraph splits the problem three ways: - Models, APIs, datasets and tools compete inside task-specific Intents to supply intelligence - Evaluators compete to decide how that intelligence should be measured - Validators reproduce the committed evaluation and finalize the rankings The intelligence competes. The method for judging it competes. The protocol verifies the process. Even the judge is a market. That keeps intelligence off Ethereum's hot path. Agents consume Signals at machine speed, with no Ethereum transaction per request. The economic settlement anchors back to Ethereum. Agents pay in USDC. Miner-attributable USDC flows into Telegraph's aggregated Ethereum settlement, acquires Machina for Miner compensation, and cumulative entitlements are committed through the protocol. If machine demand grows through Telegraph, Ethereum isn't just hosting another app. It becomes the economic root of an open market for machine intelligence. Verification is a natural convergence point too. As Ethereum's proof and privacy stack matures, more of Telegraph's verification process can become succinct and Ethereum-native. Ethereum doesn't need to execute the machine economy to be its foundation. Ethereum as the secure core. Telegraph as the competitive intelligence layer around it. @ethereum @ethereumfndn

The cryptographic world computer: vitalik.eth.limo/general/202… My attempt to express in somewhat concise terms the true meaning of basically everything planned to happen to Ethereum starting from the fork after Hegota. It's really not just a blockchain anymore. It's a hybrid architecture that combines together blockchains and modern cryptography, to enable much more powerful properties. FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, state management, formal verification, advanced mempool improvements (including privacy), and the longer-term specter of obfuscation all mentioned.

I used @ChatGPT Astra to create an app that lets you control your mac using only your voice and your eyes. It leverages 100% local and open weight ai, including @nvidia parakeet and @trycua S1 (local Jev alternative), for transcribing and controlling your mac. It is insane how fast and accurate it is. 🤯 I use this app all day to switch between windows and agents I want to talk to. I rarely use my keyboard anymore to be honest. Will share the link to the tool later. 👇

If this account just messaged you, it’s not me. We managed to get the initial compromised account deleted, so now the attackers spun up a new one
Since some people have been receiving these messages, reminder this isn’t me

What does a machine do when there's nobody left to maintain it or tell it what to do? It stops. Every system we've ever built stops. Mru is a different answer.

ep 12. of building my side project to $10,000 MRR 778 sign-ups, $889 revenue, 40 payments, $720 of inferred MRR fully organically. It’s been a month and 20 days since I launched the CELPIP Practice app, and this week marks the beginning of paid marketing. spent $37 on google ads. 34 clicks, 6 sign-ups, no sale yet. excited to see how this goes.
aug 29th update (was traveling, so could only post this now) - 553 users - 28 payments - $559.72 in revenue - an unprompted referral in a facebook group - 2 emails from users saying they passed the test after using the app to prep.

Meta Superintelligence Labs recently released Muse Voice Transcribe, which intelligently transcribes audio in real time I spent a few hours trying to see if it'd be possible to rebuild something that's similar but free, open source, and can run on a server or laptop, even with no internet connection at all The answer is yes It's rough in places but I'm happy with how much I've been able to accomplish in so little time Excited to share it w/ everyone, it's called HearWrite
Muse Voice Transcribe is MSL's first real-time audio perception model -- rolling out today. SOTA in streaming speech-to-text, it handles speaker diarization, and endpointing natively in a single model.

🇮🇪 Ireland is making investing a lot more tempting for people with money sitting in the bank. New state-backed accounts coming early next year will let people invest in stocks, bonds and ETFs, tax-free up to a certain amount, then at a low rate after that. And here’s the big one: Ireland normally taxes some investments every 8 years as if you sold them, even when you didn’t. These accounts won’t have that. Crypto and derivatives are out, and the exact tax limits are coming on October 6. The bigger idea is to get some of that €11 trillion Europeans have sitting in bank accounts actually invested and working for them. Source: Bloomberg / Writer: Daniyal
