Your attention to detail increases with
Nutrition quality, training quality
Once you understand and more importantly ACCEPT
Your stalled or lack of progress is not a PED / compound problem
Unfortunately there’s more buy in on the drugs rather than the lifestyle
Next tier is things that make it easier to make good food choices and complete your cardio.
Spend more money on healthy foods that taste better or are more convenient so you’re most likely to eat them.
Stimulants like caffeine, your glps, maybe something that quells your impulsivity to facilitate better choices and self-control in general (meditation/prayer, for example) not being a pussy, more time busy and touching grass…
Then you can start to work on multiplying the effects of each of those.

Lunar Carp sent in his panel, food log and training log with a question about his thyroid. Thyroid looks fine. The A1c is higher than it should be, and the food log explains why. We go through the labs, the diet and the training split.

If you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you or about something you don’t agree with, you’re going to continue to suffer your whole life.
Sitting back, taking in what was said, analyzing it and making a decision on whether or not it even needs to be replied to should be the first thing you do when hearing something that you might not agree with.
More times than not, it’s not worth responding to or overreacting to so don’t give it any energy

Buddy responded to my criticism of his training with receipts and respect. I agree with him, there's more than one way to achieve results. It'd be foolish of me not to acknowledge his impressive results over time. That training style isn't something I'd consider ideal for most, but it worked for him.
Being one minded gets you nowhere in this game

There’s so many ways to reach a goal dude. I’ve been coached by (in my opinion) one of the best coaches on X and he had me doing 12 working sets of chest a week. My current coach is a legendary Olympian BB’r and he’s a fan of high volume for lagging body parts and he has me doing 32 sets of chest per week. I saw growth doing both. This was my chest two years ago. Non existent. “This guy is doing it wrong lemme tell you how to do it right” is just the lamest way to give advice on this platform, IMO. No smoke taken though you have a great chest - all love.
I saw a guy a few days ago post that he did 16 sets for chest in one day. He's on gear. Chest wasn't impressive at all
My last 2 growth cycles looked like this.
An incline press, 2 working sets with a drop set or a rest pause, and a fly for 2 working sets.
A flat press another day, 2 working sets and an intensifier.
Then on my arm day an optional dumbbell press for 2 working sets.
That's 6 to 8 working sets for chest spread throughout the week & if we count the intensifiers it's 8 to 10
