Hey aspiring pro creatives: I’ve been making games for 20+ years and still have crushing impostor syndrome. I assume my successes are pure luck and quietly agree with every critical jab calling me an overrated hack. You’re not alone. The fear never disappears. That’s okay

I haven't checked with the publisher, but I think it's fair to say that these Yogi cards will never be printed. :-P boardgamegeek.com/blogpost/1… Inspired by the latest @FunProblemsPod (where AJ suggests a card asking you to run a marathon would make it a very different game).

I’m hoping that more people make the distinction between these two things because disabled folk and the people who love and support them will often look for the term “accessible” when making decisions about what to try or buy. 2/2

I’m not only a game designer, I’m a clinical therapist who worked 15+ years in the developmental disability sector, so I distinguish between approachable (welcoming, inviting, easy to “get”) vs. accessible (usable by end consumer as intended/designed) when describing games 1/2
