BREAKING: In a fresh twist, the NCLT has held that no majority verdict emerged on Zee founder Subhash Chandra’s repayment plan.
While one member approved it only for assenting creditors, another rejected it and the third approved a modified plan binding all creditors.
To understand the Subhash Chandra story, we need to understand another story of an Indian origin billionaire.

An Indian engineer in Bengaluru got tired of potholes destroying his car.
So he built an app with Codex that detects them, finds who is responsible, and files a complaint.
Here is how it works. He installed a dashcam with GPS and an accelerometer. The app records everything while he drives.
A vision model classifies every pothole by size. Small, medium, large.
But here is the clever part. Most Indian roads are under warranty.
The contractor who built them is legally responsible for fixing potholes for free.
His app searches through 2,900 government contracts, finds the exact tender number, identifies the officer responsible, attaches the photo and geolocation, and generates a ready-to-file complaint.
One drive to work. 12 potholes detected. 12 complaints ready.

I just discovered that Gujaratis dont even eat authentic Thepla. Its not even crispy!
Thepla name derived from Happla. So it should be very crispy like papad
Someone needs to take them to Karnataka & show Happla so they can learn how their own dish actually supposed to be made

Interacting with this for the last time to say that I donated most of my payout to Swabhimaan Trust in Chennai, a trust for adolescents and young adults with autism. I’ve worked with them for my graduation project and they’re doing great work to make different therapies accessible to neurodivergent people

I don’t understand why @kmfnandinimilk doesn’t come up with new age products like Protein Milk, Protein Buttermilk, Protein Paneer, etc.
It’s an old and mature company and should start investing and innovating more products. Really respect Amul on this one.

I appeal to all banks to make sure that the HR policies are such that you're not recruiting just for the sake of numbers but recruiting to ensure that every staff member posted at a branch understands his/her customer and speaks the local language.
I would also strongly push for performance-based appraisals based on his/her efficiency in the local language.

🚨 Urgent Accessibility Issue with IndusInd Bank Indie App
[Full Details, Screenshot & Discussions On TF Community:
technofino.in/community/thre…]
A visually impaired member of our TechnoFino Community is locked out of his bank account because the Indie app now blocks screen readers like Google TalkBack after the latest Android update. Here's what’s going on 👇
The app now shows this message on login:
“Untrusted screen reader detected. Remove.”
There’s no option to skip or dismiss it. Pressing OK closes the app. As long as a screen reader is running, the app is completely unusable.
TalkBack is NOT a third-party app.
It's built into Android to help the visually impaired navigate apps.
Blocking it is not just insensitive - it's a violation of:
✅ RBI digital accessibility guidelines
✅ The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
The user has already contacted:
✅ IndusInd Customer Support
✅ Premium Care
✅ MD’s office
✅ Facebook & Twitter DMs
The replies? Just generic messages. No action. No fix.
No screenshots possible either - because the app blocks that too.
A disability activist traced the issue to Onespan App Shield, a security layer wrongly configured to treat screen readers as threats.
This isn't just a bug - it's a digital wall against people with disabilities. Unacceptable.
@MyIndusIndBank, please take responsibility.
🛠️ Fix the misconfiguration
🤝 Work with accessibility experts
📢 Publicly acknowledge the issue
📅 Share a timeline for resolution
This is a basic digital right.
Banking is not a luxury - it’s a necessity.
No one should be denied access just because they use assistive technology.
This issue must be resolved urgently. Let’s stand up for inclusive design.
