The Freedom of Information Act was designed to help overcome obstruction by federal agencies that were blocking the release of Public records that we own.
Today, it has been corrupted and perverted by bad actors in the federal agencies, often in partnership with industry, for the purposes of obstruction.
I’m currently stonewalled on an FDA FOI request.
The law requires them to err on the side of producing documents rather than withholding them. But they do the opposite. They manipulate and search for ways, even illegitimate or illegal ways, to withhold documents and information and delay the release of what they give so that it’s no longer useful for a timely news story. And it’s never turned over within the time limit required under the law.
Another thing they do is require the simplest requests that could and should be answered immediately to go through the FOI process and queue, ensuring it will take a long time and also ensuring the queue gets longer, which then provides them with the excuse of why they can’t meet the statutory deadlines— there are too many requests in the queue.
In other words, they create and ensure backlog, and then use the backlog to their advantage to obstruct the release of information.
Another device they use, which was recently confirmed in some of the releases of the Fauci documents, is to put people in charge of the FOI departments who actually hate FOI and actively work to undermine it.
A Fauci email discussed how the FOI officer they were working with taught them how to hide documents so that they would not have to be produced for the public… Which is illegal under the law of course, but those officers are never held accountable. In fact, they’re rewarded for their obstruction.
The FOI officers know what they’re doing. Everyone familiar with this process knows what they’re doing. But nobody does anything about it.

How corrupt is @azstatebar? Beresky 👇 is chairman of State Bar Committee on Professionalism. That's about as bad as it gets.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Justin Beresky signed four sworn financial disclosure statements, for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, each verified “under penalty of perjury.” Not one disclosed his wife’s business: a firm Maricopa County was paying to write reports for Family Court judges on his own court.
The firm is Arizona Family Consulting, PLLC (Arizona Corporation Commission entity #1983637), organized in May 2019. Its registration lists its place of business as “Att: Beresky” at 345 W. Palo Verde Drive, a commercial building owned by Beresky’s own holding company. He married the firm’s owner in February 2020.
Maricopa County contracted the firm in December 2019 (Contract 16071) and again in July 2022 (Contract 220167-ROQ) to provide reports and testimony on child welfare and placement “to judges and commissioners in Family Court.”
The County’s own assignment log shows payments for her cases assigned in:
2020: $17,000
2021: $54,240
2022: $42,000+
2023: $18,000
That’s more than $131,000 in public money. He reported none of it. Was it reported to the IRS?

🚨JUST IN: A Washington high school wrestler’s case is now before the Supreme Court, and a ruling could force changes to girls’ sports rules in as many as 23 states.
Kallie Keeler sued after competing against a biological male in a girls’ wrestling match last December. She alleges the opponent sexually assaulted her during the match. Her attorneys at Alliance Defending Freedom, including Hal Frampton, are asking the Court to intervene so she does not have to face male athletes this season.
Frampton has said a decision clarifying that Title IX requires a protected female sports category could affect the roughly 23 states that still allow or do not ban biological males from girls’ teams. The Supreme Court ruled in June 2026 that states may ban transgender athletes from girls’ sports; this case tests whether Title IX requires them to do so.
The application remains pending. Washington’s wrestling season begins in mid-November.

đź”´ Caught stealing from a porch while canvassing
đź”´ Under investigation for registering non-citizens to vote
đź”´ Called out by local media for smearing my record and misleading Arizonans
đź”´ Unable to answer questions about taking contributions from state contractors
The only way this stops is if we get out the vote on Tuesday. Our future is on the line.
VOTE BIGGS/KERR!
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Today, U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine announced that his office has opened a case into recent reporting about three non-profit organizations registering non-citizens to vote in Arizona. The United States Attorney’s Office has already referred the matter to the FBI for a thorough federal investigation.
On Monday, Oct. 26, U.S. Attorney Courchaine also sent letters to the Maricopa County Recorder and Arizona Secretary of State expressing concerns about the recent reporting and encouraging those offices to review voter registrations associated with the accused non-profit organizations.
As a reminder, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you may not vote in Tuesday's election.

Wow! Quoten- und Diversitätpolitik macht's möglich!

I am a Ph.D. student and teaching assistant in a large public university in Texas. My STEM department is mostly comprised of foreign nonwhites - when they gave a presentation on joining the graduate student club, I couldn't understand one fucking word. I am also female, so the black African professor decided he and I could meet alone in his office and he could close the door (it was supposed to be for a TA meeting) - I never met with him in person again and I insisted on Zoom meetings. He did not have answer keys for the labs, and the labs were incomprehensible. He would not go over anything, but only ever asked if I had questions - he was never able to answer a question.
Students gave him worse scores for the course review than they gave me and they cited an inability to understand him. The weekly seminars where guests from other institutions are invited to speak are usually gooks with such thick accents they cannot speak (and they do not relate at all to my specific discipline). The Indian students are the worst - one insisted on sitting next to me for a class and he stunk of vinegar and piss. I showed him and three other Indian graduate students how to run a program from a zipped folder. They never thanked me for it, so I loudly announced to the class, "Wait, you don't know how to unzip a compressed folder?" So much for tech supremacy.
The Indians are also the pushiest (literally have been shoved by Indians) and they give the most dead-eyed stares in response to questions. One Indian female was on a tour of a facility with me, and she shoved me aside so she could ask the most braindead questions in the thickest accent that had nothing to do with the instruments we were looking at. The tour guide, who was European, would look at her like he had never seen her kind before. When there's a cyclist or e-scooter that's blowing through stop signs and lights without stopping (Texas state law: they have to obey the road signs/lights) or a pedestrian using the road as a walkway when there's sidewalk right over there, it's usually a South Asian.

The future of the US under Democrats.
A mob will break into your home. If you're lucky they'll just trash the place and/or set fire to it. If you're unlucky you'll end up raped/beaten/dead.
If you try to defend yourself and your property, your local progressive DA will ensure you go to prison while the rioters walk free.
If you live in a conservative area and the local DA doesn't prosecute, expect the federal DOJ to come after you with civil rights charges.
They will make sure you end up bankrupt, unemployable, or imprisoned.
This is the future if Democrats take the White House back.
