Congratulations @salimyakdan!!
Really exciting work being done at the @JGreenberg_MD lab!
Research from the Greenberg Lab has been featured in the All of Us Research Highlights series.
Led by Salim Yakdan, MD, MSCI, the study found that higher physical activity levels were associated with a lower risk of future neck, low back, and hip pain.

Chronic pain conditions affect 24% of the US population and account for the greatest cause of disability.
In 2024, the @NIH convened a working group of pain researchers and clinicians, including @TawfikLab, to help shape the next five years of pain research funding through the HEAL Initiative. The result was a new report outlining 10 priorities for the future of pain medicine.
The authors note that these recommendations are intended to invite further active discussion across the pain research community. What do you think of the 10 priorities?
