Italy. 1160 active ads. Creatine. Mfers from Europe, there is nothing that will make you richer than selling PROVEN supplements from the USA in your countries. Don't overthink it; great artists just steal. Link to the ad, found on Gethookd: app.gethookd.ai/share/ad/193…

We shipped 3 batches for a brand 20 days ago. They already spend 6 figures. 22 ads in total. We are trying a lot of micro versions of our hooks right now and WOW it makes a difference. Before we were shipping 3 hook versions per concept. Now we are shipping 6-7. They are micro words that either add something more to the core promise or add another open loop. We had a weird period for this brand were hit rate was kinda shit, but now it looks way better. At the end of the day is adding more quality volume to your creative mix

14 months ago, AI agents were barely usable for real ops work. Still, my co-founder and I went all in on AI native services. Fast forward to now: • We’ve been able to uniquely blend software + human expertise. • All 22 of our team members use Claude Code/Codex daily • Workflows(.)io scaled from 0→$3.3M ARR in the process Here’s our AI operational framework that any B2B company can use: 1️⃣ MCPs & CLIs MCP/CLI lets Claude execute within our tools. Which allows our team to multitask work that spans multiple systems. These are some of the ones we use the most: Instantly(.)ai, HeyReach, Supabase, AI Ark, Apollo(.)io, Nooks, HubSpot, Findymail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, + our internal MCP for campaign analytics. 2️⃣ Markdown Company OS With access to all our tools, the next step was to convert our business data into a knowledge-base easily readable by AI, as markdown files. For us, our company OS lives as a GitHub repo. And every client gets a dedicated repo as well. We’re constantly piping in fresh data into this system e.g. transcripts, Slack threads, CRM changes and account summaries Our GTM performance data also flows into our DBs (Supabase + Pinecone). The system improves via feedback loops, manual GitHub PRs, and agent evals. 3️⃣ Workflow Automation The V1 of our Company OS was built using our Notion knowledgebase. Especially our SOPs, where Skills turned them into workflows that complete tasks up to 80%+: e.g. client updates, campaign creation, content ideation, documentation For skills that have specific triggers, we build agentic workflows that execute the skill autonomously, usually delivering the output via Slack or our custom UI. 4️⃣ Deliver Outputs Three main ways we integrate AI into our outputs: Standard automations - fully predefined flows on n8n e.g. adding every campaign lead to Supabase. Autonomous loops - agents that act fully autonomously and notify us of changes e.g. our campaign optimization agents. Human-in-the-loop - still where most of our agentic workflows sit. Claude runs the execution and a human owns the strategy + final review. _____ When we launched in July 2025, this tech was in its infancy. But we knew it was coming and designed our business around it. The bet played out and I couldn’t imagine our ops without it. Full breakdown in the graphic 👇

"All a GTM team needs now is Clay and Claude Code." Wrong. Clay + Claude Code is a great starting point. But scaling unlocks more use cases... And more use cases add more tools. Here's what that looks like: 1️⃣ Data Sourcing • Findymail - email finding & validation • BetterContact - waterfall phone enrichment • AI Ark - linkedin company + stakeholder maps • DiscoLike - full web data for TAM mapping 2️⃣ Data Orchestration • Clay - data orchestration with 200+ providers • Claude Code - connected to the full stack via MCP/CLI 3️⃣ Signals • RB2B - website visitor de-anonymization • Jungler(.)ai - social selling signals • Apify - custom signals • Fibbler - LinkedIn ad engagement tracking 4️⃣ Sequencers • Instantly(.)ai - cold email at scale • HeyReach - LinkedIn outreach • Nooks - AI parallel dialer 5️⃣ Marketing • Customer(.)io - nurture emails • Semrush - SEO ranking & AI search optimization • Figma - design & brand assets • beehiiv - newsletter 6️⃣ Sales • HubSpot - CRM • Ergo - AI notetaker & automated follow-ups • Qwilr - proposals & e-signatures • Cal(.)com - scheduling & routing 7️⃣ Agents & RevOps • n8n - recurring workflows • Polytomic - syncing data between tools • OutboundSync - sequencer activity syncing to the CRM • Mutiny - 1:1 sales plays Any other tools you'd add here? 👇 Follow Fivos Aresti to learn about more GTM tools.

Was chatting with a seller who went 0 for 16 on his last 16 sales calls (and this is a guy who hit 200-300% of quota as an SDR in enterprise software). Now he's selling his own offer, for his own agency. We pulled up one of his recorded calls, and the problem showed up within minutes: The prospect wanted to double revenue in the next 12 months. So he asked: "If nothing changes, do you think you'll hit that 2x mark?" Prospect: "Yeah, I think we can." That answer ended the sale right there. If they're going to hit the goal anyway, there's no gap. And if there's no gap, why are they even on the call? Ask anyone if they'll hit their fat loss goals, and they'll say yes. Why? Because humans are IRRATIONALLY optimistic about the future. So, I had him swap the prediction question for “reality testing”. What did their current marketing actually bring in over the last 3 months? Annualize that number with them, right there on the call. When it falls short of 2x, they’ll say it out loud. NOW there's a gap to sell into.

THINGS THAT DESTROY YOUR POSITIVE REPLY RATE: (after sending 50M+ cold emails) 1. 2 asks in 1 email → they get confused, confusion turns into a non-response. 2. No question at the end → replying isn't the obvious next move. 3. First 2 lines don't answer why ME why NOW → they stop reading 4. Assuming what they care about → you write an irrelevant message that doesn’t resonate. 5. Segmenting on data you can't verify → your performance is at the mercy of a guess. 6. A first email over 70 words → more friction and less clarity. 7. Selling the service instead of the next step → they never get to see how you’re different from your competition. 8. Thinking "free" solves all problems → they still have to give up time, which adds friction. 9. A high-commitment next step → more friction, fewer positives even with good deliverability. 10. Follow-ups that only "bump" → nothing new to reply to / doesn’t answer “WIIFM?” 11. Proof in your KPIs instead of theirs → they go “idc”; a dentist counts booked patients, not "leads." 12. Your BIGGEST case study over your most relevant one → e-com brands don’t care about what you did for a solar company.

Emailing LESS of your list makes you MORE money. One of our brands sent a campaign to only the people who'd clicked in the last 90 days. It opened at 60% and made $6,000. The same brand's send that also went to subscribers who'd stopped opening? 29% and $2,900. That's because Gmail and Apple Mail watch what people do after your email arrives. Keep mailing people who never open, and you slide into promotions, then spam, and eventually even your buyers stop seeing you. So every list we take on gets split into the same 4 groups first. Here's who's in each one and what they get: 1. Engaged Anyone who's clicked in the last 90 days. They hear from you the most, and every regular campaign goes to them. 2. One-time buyers They bought once and haven't been back. Their whole sequence is built around a second purchase instead of whatever promo is going out that week. 3. VIPs More than one order and over $200 spent. They get early access and offers nobody else on the list sees. 4. Lapsed Customers who haven't ordered in 75 days get a win-back flow. Its best email goes out at noon, when people are on their lunch break, and it opened at 53%. 216 people clicked it, which put every one of them back in group 1. Anyone who still doesn't respond after 2-3 emails gets suppressed. And subscribers who've gotten 10+ emails and opened none of them in a year come off campaigns completely. They only hear from you on a huge sale. The win-back flow has made about $10K, but its ACTUAL job is moving people back up to group 1. Bookmark this.

There comes a point where you just have to break shit with your agency in order for it to grow. I remember when I signed 8 setup clients in 1 month Our delivery straight up couldn’t handle it. We didn't really get churn from it... But that’s only because Cam and I were working 12-14 hour days to keep up. Definitely shaved some years off our lives 🤣 If you're a newer agency, or you're about to enter a scaling phase: Just expect shit to break Then learn from it Get your systems in place. And have it ready before the next wave of clients pile in.

99% of the cold emailers i speak to pay over the odds for their domains. and most of them think they're paying for safety. the belief is that subdomains on one root all burn together. so everyone buys a separate domain for every 2 or 3 inboxes. we tested it, and it doesn't make any sense. what 60 inboxes cost you both ways: • the separate-domain way needs about 20 domains • at $10 each, that's $200 on domains alone • the subdomain way needs ONE root domain, so $10 for the same 60 • every setup burns at some point, whether you spent $200 on domains or $10 • a flagged branch just gets cut off, and the other branches keep sending • so you can push more volume without sweating every burn and the deliverability comes out the SAME. smh.

Saturation with Google Ads is only for those Ecommerce brands that don't have an edge Those brands that copy their competitors.. Over rely on AI.. Or just run boring ads, hoping something works The moment you find that one edge for your products, everything changes Suddenly, saturation is a thing of the past

5 reasons to run human UGC (NOT AI SLOP): 1. Actual human + product Viewers can tell when someone has actually used the thing. The way they hold it, open it and talk about it gives it away in seconds. 2. Real proof shots The stain lifting, the before and after, the timer on screen. A generated face can't film a result that actually happened. 3. Buyers are getting better at spotting AI Every month more people can tell, and once they notice it's fake, the whole ad loses them. 4. Platforms are labeling AI content An "AI info" tag on your ad does the opposite of what UGC is supposed to do. 5. Human creators get better every session They learn your product, film faster and start pitching their own angles. Put them on a % of ad spend and they care about whether it sells too. Of course, AI still has a place in the process. Even we use it... But for research, scripts and hooks.

A SaaS pricing page can look perfectly optimized while the product becomes harder to sell. If someone hits a paywall before the first useful result, you’re selling an upgrade before proving the value. Give customers a reason to want more.

We don’t work with 7-figure brands, but I’ll audit them from time to time to help. And here’s what surprises me: A lot of the time, their retention is more dialed than 8- and 9-figure brands. Why? Because smaller brands have to be scrappy. They don’t have the luxury of coasting on scale. Meanwhile, a lot of 9-figure brands are duct-taping retention together. ACQ revenue hides the cracks.

Most brands add a Subscribe & Save widget, watch nobody use it, and decide subscription doesn’t work for them. That’s not a subscription problem. That’s usually a strategy problem. Subscription and replenishment are two different things. One is automatic. While the other is a perfectly timed nudge to someone who’s about to run out. Most consumable brands need both, and most only have the first. The sneaky part: the people reordering off your replenishment reminders are the ones most likely to subscribe. They’ve already told you with their behavior. This week on @senditpod @ecomchasedimond and I are doing this as a two-parter. Part 1 below is how to get them in. Part 2 next week is how to keep them. Full episode is out now → youtube.com/watch?v=AXgvrdeB… Big shout out to our friends at @omnisend, @Retentiondotcom, and @getallanai for being great partners. We recommend these as great adds to your retention stack!

FILM BLACK FRIDAY HOOKS FOR UGC. Something like: "If you only buy 1 thing this Black Friday..." Every feed in November turns into endless sale lists, and they all blur together. This hook cuts through because it makes 1 clear pick. The viewer doesn't have to compare anything, since the creator already did that for them. How to structure it: - the hook - 1 line on why they're picky about what they buy on sale - the product and the 1 problem it fixed for them - the deal, said casually - "honestly, that's the only thing in my cart" Easy variations to test: "The only thing I'm actually buying on Black Friday" "If you're only getting 1 thing on sale this year, make it this" Film it now so it's edited and live before ad review queues fill up the week of the sale.

Nobody is more arrogant than the guy making $20 - 30k profit a month. He thinks he's bigger than God. He's not even bigger than a tree. Jeremy Haynes says a mature oak for your back garden costs about $100k. A month of his business can't buy one. (Neither can mine.) A mate of mine calls $1M a year "the poorest rich guy." He's not even the poorest rich guy yet. $20- 30k profit a month only feels big because of who you compare yourself to. Your old salary. Your mates. The coaches in your group chat still stuck at $5k. Then you get in a room with 7 and 8 figure founders and that number shrinks fast. I've spent the last 4 years working with 7, 8 and 9 figure entrepreneurs. Shark Tank contestants. Billion dollar firms. There's always a bigger fish. And the gap between you and them is rarely talent. It's systems, skills and ego. Systems, because $20 - 30k a month is what your hustle gets you. You on every sales call. You writing every post. You chasing every referral. Skills, because 7 figures needs the ones you haven't built yet. Positioning that makes you the obvious choice. Content that books calls. Closing at a price that matches the result. And ego, because that's the one nobody admits. You think it's enough. You think it's rich. It's small. So you protect it. You're scared to bet what you've got on the next level. So you settle, and hit the same revenue month after month. You know what you need to do. You just don't do it. Because it's easier to park the bus than it is to swing the bat. Now, there's nothing wrong with a small business. Some people want $20 - 30k months and their afternoons back. That's a real choice. And if you're making business decisions off fear, maybe getting past that level isn't for you anyway. Maybe you're meant to have a small business. But if you quietly know you're settling for small... On Wednesday 4 November I'm running a free Claude LinkedIn Masterclass. 7pm ET. It's the system operators are using to add 5-10 qualified deals a month. Some have added $30 - 50k a month with it. A few have added $100k a month. (Those aren't typical results. It's very hard work.) Be in the room and steal my system. Comment "CLAUDE" and I'll send you the link.
