@therealdcf1 - Why did you not ask Horner if what happened in AD21 was fair & what would his reactions have been, had he been on the receiving end of such blatant thievery?

This is the bit that we all know, but Maxโ€™s fans and the @fia leave out: it wasnโ€™t โ€œhuman errorโ€ at all and not โ€œbad luckโ€ for Lewis - Masi chose to break the rules after Horner and Wheatley told him to.

The #RedBullCheats label is not exclusively for #AD2021, tough their coercion to break the regulations does contribute. They were complicit in the rule breaking. They (inc Max) new the ending was not legitimate but claimed the victory anyway. Other factors include (but are not limited to) โ€ข the 2021 cost cap breach of ยฃ1.864m which was argued down by a non-existent tax credit. RBR tried to hide ยฃ5.6m of costs. They refused to partake in thd 2020 dry run so they could feign ignorance (& innocence) โ€ข the illegal use of a bib height adjuster within the cockpit, which 'trust us' was neved used โ€ข the illegal asymmetric braking โ€ข the illegitimate flexi-plank โ€ข unpunished violations of the code of driving conduct for forcing other cars off track (even when Max can't stay on track himself) โ€ข Horners blatent lies about the regulations, always claiming Max was right, the victim and 'deserving' โ€ข the use of their 2nd team to help Max โ€ข the approach of using all resources (even across both teams) for the benefit of 1 driver โ€ข using their financial clout and 2 team ownership to apply political pressure to influence FIA decisions (such as ground effect rules that benefitted their position as they employed the engineer that literally wrote the Ground Effect book) โ€ข hoodwinking FIA into being forced to accept a 16 year old driver into F1 against their wishes โ€ข lobbying for every other teams innovations to be banned Other feel free to add anything I've missed.

Perfect time to bring out all these quotes from people Lewis used to work with at Mercedes and Mclaren. If Lewis can't save that team, nobody can: Toto Wolff (Team Principal & CEO): "Lewis is a leader by example. He is not the one who shouts at people. He is the one who goes into the garage, looks them in the eye, and makes them feel that they are part of his journey. He develops, he analyses his weakness and strengths, always with the focus of improving himself." James Allison (Technical Director): "Lewisโ€™s feedback is remarkable. He has a compulsive need to win that is still intact. In the years when the car wasn't winning, he became the anchor. He didn't point fingers; he said, 'Tell me what you need from me to fix this.' That is how you stop a team from crumbling during a slump." Peter Bonnington (Senior Race Engineer): "Weโ€™ve grown together since 2013. We win and lose together. Thatโ€™s not just a catchphrase for him; itโ€™s the way he operates. If I make a mistake, heโ€™s the first to tell me 'don't worry about it,' which allows us to keep taking risks and keep improving." Andrew Shovlin (Trackside Engineering Director): "Lewis has an almost phobic aversion to losing. It manifests as a huge drive to improve every aspect of the game. He is endlessly pushing, endlessly wanting to improve, and it brings an incredible energy to the entire factory." James Vowles (Former Strategy Director): "After 2021, he ended up being one of the strongest leaders within the team during our hardest times. He brought us all together when we were at our lowest. That ability to galvanize a thousand people after a heartbreak is what makes him a great leader." Mike Elliott (Former Technical Director): "Lewisโ€™ feedback is incredibly precise. He describes the balance shift through the corner with such detail that it allows the engineers to pinpoint the exact aerodynamic or mechanical cause rather than just guessing." Riccardo Musconi (Former Trackside Performance Engineer): "He understands the tires better than the sensors do sometimes. His feedback allows us to be braver with our calls because we trust his 'feel' for the carโ€™s limits. He manages the long-term strategy with us while driving." Niki Lauda (Late Non-Executive Chairman & 3x WDC): "He is the guy who pushes the engineers to the limit. He says, โ€˜I want this, I want that,โ€™ and they work day and night to give it to him because they know if they do, he will deliver the win. That is how you build a winning team." Ron Dennis (Former Team Principal & CEO): "Even from a young age, Lewis understood that the car is a product of thousands of hands. He always made it a point to acknowledge every person in the factory, creating a sense of loyalty that you cannot buy." Paddy Lowe (Former Technical Director): "He is the most hardworking driver I have ever worked with. He will sit in the simulator for hours simply because he wants to make sure the team has every bit of info they need to succeed." Phil Prew (Former Chief Engineer): "Lewis has a thirst for learning that hasn't diminished. He treats every debrief like itโ€™s his first. He forces us to innovate because his questions are so deep; he wants to understand the 'why' behind every mechanical change." Valtteri Bottas (Former Mercedes Teammate): "Seeing how Lewis works was eye-opening. He is demanding, but the first to congratulate every mechanic. He understands that the human element is what actually makes the car go faster." George Russell (Mercedes Teammate): "He knows everyoneโ€™s name; he knows the families of the mechanics. When you have that personal connection, the guys in the garage will go into battle for you. Heโ€™s built a culture of mutual respect." Jenson Button (Former McLaren Teammate): "I saw how Lewis lived in the data. He was always looking for that extra tenth, but he was also very good at getting the engineers on his side. He makes the people around him feel like they are winning with him."
I think Verstappen could fix Ferrari, if he wanted.

This is why Ferrari deserve every bit of the scrutiny they receive. Hamilton in a car going 200 mph training Fredโ€™s unqualified staff Fred giving team orders to not pass CL when heโ€™s much faster then telling him to move out of CL way -double The fans want answers

Untelevised Lewis Hamilton team radio has emerged from Singapore. He encouraged Ferrari to wait for VSC - but failed to pit when it arrived. [Link in first comment]

When I asked why did Fred stop Hamiltonโ€™s momentum when he was 2s per lap faster When CL held Lewis up When Fred told LH to get out of CL way When CL told the team - donโ€™t let LH hold me up Hamilton tried to help himself and failed Inexperienced engineers help Fred not LH

Why is Fred leaving and gang leaving bad for Charles? He is obviously faster than lewis and if Ferrari can get some new people in who can run trackside decently Charles will be a WDC ๐Ÿค” Where is the problem in that, unless you don't want Charles to win that is ๐Ÿ˜…
