🚨THE CHRONIC GRIFT OF @SurvivingCFS EXPOSED: This timeline of screenshots (more in comments) proves exactly how Kendra has spent years exploiting her followers for over $40k of unreportable cash while living cost free to her in mental health facilities on the taxpayer's money in Illinois. She manufactures extreme lies about her medical diagnosis, facility neglect, and "starvation" to run continuous cash campaigns and GoFundMe's, completely bypassing the strict $60 monthly Medicaid Personal Needs Allowance (PNA) limit allowed for anyone else in her situation. Illinois taxpayers have spent over $137,500+ so far to house her. What Illinois Taxpayers Fully Cover: 🏠 Free rent & utilities (Plus rooming with her girlfriend) 🩺 Free 24/7 medical, psychiatric care, & transport 🧼 Free laundry & daily housekeeping 💻 Free Wi-Fi, cable, & 3 meals a day Facilities she's been in the past few years. Since September 2023: Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare, to Joliet Terrace/Psychiatric Facility, to St. Mary's Hospital/Psych Floor, back to Joliet Terrace/Psychiatric Facility Bryn Mawr Care/Psychiatric Facility, to Thorek Hospital/Psych Floor, back to Bryn Mawr Care/Psychiatric Facility The Reality: She has ZERO financial obligations. Both facilities have offered free independent housing vouchers if she completes rehabilitation—but she deliberately skips therapy to preserve her online victim persona and keep her personal fintech ATM flowing. You've heard of Scamanda, you've heard of Ash Trevino. Now, check out Kendra. She runs her scams from her Medicaid bed in a mental health facility, Bryn Mawr Care, in Chicago. Before that, she ran the exact same scams with the same lies out of Joliet Terrace in Joliet, Illinois. She has her followers convinced she has MECFS when her actual diagnosis is borderline personality disorder and schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type. Screenshots are in the comments. It's time for the government to stop this, the media to take notice and call her out, and her followers to stop enabling this behavior of hers. I will add, since I put this timeline together, she has continued to beg and has asked for more money and has continued the lies about her facility directly after, claiming they were starving her and to watch out for retaliation over her posting about it. More than likely, she got busted for asking followers for more money, which the facility already told her to stop doing. When she got held accountable for it, she made up another lie to try and make them seem abusive. Her game never ends. It's predictable at this point! If you've ever donated to her, I highly recommend you file a police report for fraud. That will stop this. You could also call Bryn Mawr Care in Chicago and let them know what she's doing and file a complaint online with Medicaid's fraud department. No one should be getting away with this! Enough is enough! Kendra has zero financial responsibilities. There is no need for her to beg others for this money other than greed! There are many others out there truly in need. Hey, Netflix or Amazon. here's a good documentary for you! 🚨 THE TRUTH ABOUT @SurvivingCFS: A Professional Scriptwriter, Not an Advocate Kendra Frazier posted a new pinned introduction thread, claiming she has been "working tirelessly to get her life back since falling ill and becoming homeless in 2020," while acting like an advocate for the unhoused, mentally ill, and disabled. Let's look at her actual history, the raw data, and her behavior inside her facility, and ask a very simple question: What kind of advocate is this? 📌"Working Tirelessly" or Running a Crowd Funding Machine? Kendra claims she has been working tirelessly to escape homelessness, but the math reveals an absolute corporate crowd-funding machine. Over the past three years alone, Kendra has collected over $40,000+ in direct, peer-to-peer digital donations. She raised over $10k on GoFundMe to get out of homelessness, blew through it, and immediately demanded more cash for an Airbnb, travel and food money. When kind followers literally handed her a FREE community trailer to live in, in Illinois, she continued to beg online for cash there making $10k+ more, then ruined the arrangement, and got herself kicked out. Because she blows through money, instead of choosing to build an independent life, she chose to move into state psychiatric facilities as a permanent, free fallback plan, treating her rooms at her mental facilities like tax-free corporate headquarters to keep her digital ATM running. 📌 The Deception of Her Advocacy How can Kendra claim to advocate for the mentally ill when she won't even admit her own actual, documented clinical diagnoses? She actively hides her real history of Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Type and Borderline Personality Disorder from her 11,000+ followers because she is terrified of the social stigma. Instead, she invents a self-diagnosed case of physical ME/CFS out of thin air because a physical illness "sounds better" to donors and pulls in more unmonitored cash. She claims she is in a "long-term care facility due to her disability," completely lying to her audience about the type of building she is in. Both Joliet Terrace and Bryn Mawr Care are legally licensed Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRFs) designed strictly for psychiatric and behavioral stabilization. Faking a physical chronic illness to mask a psychiatric and substance rehabilitation placement is the exact opposite of disability advocacy—it is active fraud. 📌 No Rules for Kendra What kind of advocate claims to fight for residents while breaking every single rule inside her building? Kendra routinely refuses to participate in her mandated therapy programs. Why does she think she is so uniquely special that she is allowed to accumulate thousands of dollars in unmonitored Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp wealth, while the other patients living right next to her must adhere to the strict state-mandated $60 monthly Personal Needs Allowance? Every dollar she hides is a direct violation of the Medicaid asset cap that working people pay taxes to support. 📌 The Cruelty Toward Other Patients Kendra wraps herself in the flag of community solidarity, but her actual behavior toward other disabled people is vicious. What kind of "disability advocate" takes her smartphone, photographs a destructive physical meltdown inside her unit, and posts the images publicly on X to mock a vulnerable co-resident, captioning it that it wasn't a psychiatric crisis, they were "just being an asshole"? She throws her own peers under the bus to look superior. 📌 Rejecting the Path to Freedom She spends her entire day writing dramatic scripts throwing facility nurses and staff under the bus, claiming she faces "rampant abuse and retaliation." But the ultimate proof of her deception is that she can leave whenever she wants. No one is forcing her to be there! Both this facility and her last one offer a direct, taxpayer-funded pathway to a free independent community apartment through the Maximus program. Kendra explicitly refuses to cooperate by not attending mandated therapy because actual independence means her "trapped and starving" victim narrative instantly dies—along with her online cash flow. 📌 The Reality Kendra Frazier is not an advocate, and this isn't mutual aid. She is a professional scriptwriter and crisis writer who treats a specialized psychiatric rehabilitation ward like an expense-free hotel so she can play the role of a celebrity on X. She uses her phone as an unmonitored digital ATM to hoard makeup, room decor, and Door Dash while working-class taxpayers pay for 100% of her rent, electricity, medical care, and three daily meals. The nonstop pity party and the lying for donations needs to stop. The mask is entirely off. The grift is over. Medicaid needs to investigate her Cashapp, Paypal, and Venmo accounts. Taxpayers should be furious and so should anyone who has ever donated to her! @IDPH

(1 of 3) On June 7th, @SurvivingCFS's facility told her to stop fundraising. She did not listen and continued on with her scams. In my opinion, it seems all of these fundraisers, combined with her openly admitting to being drunk while there, panhandling on the streets, not attending therapy, along with what was probably her reaction to staff when they changed her girlfriend's room, is what led to her discharge. These are all the fundraisers she ran after being told she wasn't allowed to fundraise. So ridiculous! But, Kendra doesn't think she has to follow the rules like everyone else on Medicaid at the facility.

We know all about this scammer's "journey" and her time in the tent, where she started her first lie that she had MECFS that kicked off what began her career running these scam fundraisers, which has brought her in over $40,000 in the past few years. We also know exactly what her intentions are behind her posts. Everything she says or does on here is a lie to get her followers to send her money. Her advocacy is a joke! I'm calling total bullshit on her saying that it got her illegally discharged from her mental health facility and led out in handcuffs. How many times has she changed that story already? First, she said it was because her followers were calling and threatening the staff. She can't keep her stories straight. More than likely, she freaked out on staff when they moved her girlfriend, and police had to be called; they witnessed what she was doing and handcuffed her and took her to the hospital for a psych hold. She is no victim here!!!! Since Kendra has been at this facility, she has posted about being drunk twice, panhandled on the streets while simultaneously begging for money online, posted untrue abuse and starvation allegations against staff and framed it as advocacy, and always followed that with fundraisers. On June 7th, Bryn Mawr told her she wasn't allowed to fundraise. Since that time, Kendra went on to have 17 more fundraisers. Once her girlfriend moved into her room, she also included her in those fundraisers, making her an accomplice. That's why they were probably separated. She's also posted that she doesn't attend group therapy, and it would take her a long time to make up the sessions she's missed. It seems she violated a lot of rules while being in there. @SurvivingCFS only has herself to blame for all of her problems! Of course, though, she's going to play victim and beg for more money, as she always does. And, while an inpatient at the latest hospital she tweeted, it feels like a nightmare. I bet that hospital was abusive too. Let's take a look at all the places she's been at since 2024 and has accused them all of being abusive and starving her, except for Thorek, which she wasn't allowed to post from. Obviously, all places you go to for MECFS, right? And obviously none of these are homeless shelters, as some of her followers believe. And all her costs of living are covered by these facilities, and she has a strict personal monthly allowance that she cannot exceed. She consistently exceeds that in every fundraiser. Again, 17 fundraisers since they told her to stop! Let's see how long until she starts fundraising from her new facility, which she still is not allowed to do. Since September 2024: Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare, to Joliet Terrace/Psychiatric Facility, to St. Mary's Hospital/Psych Floor, back to Joliet Terrace/Psychiatric Facility Bryn Mawr Care/Psychiatric Facility, to Thorek Hospital/Psych Floor, back to Bryn Mawr Care/Psychiatric Facility (Months later, discharged, led out by police, handcuffed) Masonic Hospital/Psych Floor New facility (Currently) Truly crazy that any sane person believes any story that Kendra is telling at this point. If anyone out there is still sending her money, I have a bridge to sell you. This scammer does not represent me or anyone else I know within the disabled community. For her to even say she represents any one of us is truly embarrassing.

An actual reality check for Kendra (@SurvivingCFS) and her cult of followers. She claims she is "trapped" and "starving" inside an "abusive" facility that stops her from working and moving into her own place. Let’s look at what actual Bryn Mawr Care patients, and a former employee have to say in some of their online reviews. 1. "Have totally helped me with seeking employment" "Provided me with my own cell phone" "They are beginning to help me search for my own apartment" "Thoroughly grateful for the clothing they provide when we are in need of clothes" "Great deal of leniency in terms of our curfew" "Allowed to take day passes and weekend passes away from the premises as long as we attend daily groups" 2. "Food is good, you get seconds if you're hungry. I don't like everything on the menu, but I can get a substitute." "This place treats you with dignity" 3. "I love the staff here and the food is great here- we definitely get fed" "My caseworker has helped me with clothes, getting a free RTA card for transportation, and working towards government assistance" "Overall, I love it here so much. I wish I could stay here as long as I can" 4. "It's been 30 days since I left Bryn Mawr Care" "I must state that all of the great things that have happened in my life over the last 16 months or so would not have been possible without Dr. McCall and her outstanding program" "I am writing this review from my new apartment." So, the foods great plus seconds if you're hungry, and substitutes if you don't like something. Free RTA bus pass for transportation, free phone, free clothes, leniency with day/weekend passes to leave facility, they help with getting government assistance, employment and apartments. This scammer isn't trapped by Bryn Mawr Care; she is trapped by her own addiction to playing a victim, role playing an advocate on X, and scamming people out of their money. Stop funding her fiction! #Liar #Fraud

Kendra (@SurvivingCFS) just posted a video trying to claim Bryn Mawr Care is "retaliating" against her and separating her because she's gay. But the audio she captured completely backfired and exposed her lie. In the video, Kendra tries to weaponize her identity, screaming about discrimination. In the background, a facility worker calmly responds: "Well, I'm gay too." Shout-out to that staff member for calling out Kendra's lies and bullshit! She knows damn well this has nothing to do with being gay! This scammer couldn't be honest if her life depended on it. She shut down that video quick once that happened! What's the real story here? Could it possibly have anything to do with all the scam fundraisers she's been running that she's been told she's not allowed to do?

It’s hilarious how Kendra’s (@SurvivingCFS) narrative changes based on what she wants from her followers. When she wants your cash: She stays deliberately vague. She implies she’s in a "shelter" environment with no food, no clean clothes, and no rights so you feel guilty enough to drop cash into her Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.🤬 When she gets caught breaking rules: The moment facility administration holds her accountable, she flies into a rage and exposes her entire setup, posting screenshots of where she really lives. 🏢🏢 To put the staff on blast, she names the exact facility: Bryn Mawr Care. What happens when you look it up? You find out it’s a licensed state-funded mental health facility where Illinois taxpayers cover 100% of her rent, utilities, healthcare, and food. The facility's own official pages confirm they provide free on-site laundry and cafeteria seconds. She literally doxed her own setup just because she was mad that she couldn’t cohabitate and run an illegal off the books crowdfunding business from a state-subsidized room. Her mask didn't just slip, she threw it off out of anger. 🛑

Some of us have noticed 2 out of this scammers last 3 posts mention God. Are Christians the new demographic she's now going to target for her scams? By adding "God" and "pray to God" to her timeline after her numbers tanked, the scammer is broadening her demographic target to reel in faith based communities known for charitable giving. @SurvivingCFS is running a masterclass in community-hopping. When one group hits donor fatigue, she just switches her vocabulary to exploit a brand new demographic. To the religious communities and all Christians on X, please be aware of this scammer and the games she plays. Over $40k made from her scams!

She always has something to say when she needs money. Throwing her facility and the staff members under the bus, and continuously making herself a victim. The never-ending grift and the stories are stale. Be on the lookout. It seems a new scam is approaching.

And, there it is, she needs money, again. We all knew she couldn't go long without coming back and bringing this up. Smh.

The scammer has been quiet since she last begged for money a week ago. An account with over 11,000 followers, managing to pull in only 80 retweets on a post where she claims to be flat broke, is a massive indicator that her followers are hitting donor fatigue or catching onto the inconsistencies. When she returns, she will likely weaponize this exact period of silence. I expect her to re-emerge soon to claim things have gotten even worse, and she'll have another reason she needs more money.

This is completely false. Illinois Medicaid does not trap facility residents or force them to forfeit 100% of their checks if they are working to move out. Because Bryn Mawr Care is a mental health facility, residents are legally designated as "Williams Class Members". By law, the state runs the Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program and the Housing is Recovery Pilot Program specifically to give residents free independent housing. Through the state's Williams Bridge Subsidy Program and community agencies, residents are given: 1. Free or highly subsidized private apartments. 2. Up to $2,800 in state cash allowances to buy brand-new furniture, electronics, and household goods. 3. Free state coordinators to pay their security deposits and move them out. In addition to that, Illinois also runs an official program called Pathways to Community Living (Money Follows the Person) managed by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. This program assigns residents a free transition coordinator who prevents the facility from seizing their wages. Working residents use this program alongside the state's official IL ABLE Account program. Under the federal ABLE Act, residents can legally deposit their wages directly into a tax-advantaged account. By law, these funds are protected, completely ignored by Medicaid, and the facility cannot touch them. Anyone claiming they are forced to hand over 100% of their check and need outside donations is running a crowdfunding scam. If you see @SurvivingCFS, or anyone else, soliciting money under these false claims, skip the donation and report them directly to the state using the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Fraud Portal, hfs.illinois.gov/oig/reportf…, or the Office of the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Complaint Intake. illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/….
Since scammer, @SurvivingCFS, ended the month begging for more money, I thought I'd add to her list of begs/scams during her stay at Bryn Mawr Care Mental Health Facility. This scammer with zero housing costs and zero financial obligations, and who is living on the taxpayers of Illinois money, and who is not allowed to fundraise, has asked for donations 5 times in the month of August. On August 5, 11, 18, 24 and the 31st. @IDPH #MedicaidFraud Over $40k scammed and still going. Where is the media on this story? Netflix, Amazon, Dateline, 48Hours, this scammer wants to be your next star! Any American struggling to get bills paid and food put on their tables should be outraged by this woman's lies, scams and greedy behavior.

Kendra, @SurvivingCFS, and Daejon Love would have been a perfect couple. One pretending to be a fake football player to scam people, and the other pretending to have an illness she doesn't have and being homeless to scam people, while actually living in a mental facility with BPD and schizoaffective disorder. People need to do a little bit more research on the BS people are telling them out there. So many are lying for money now a days. 🤥 espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/4977…

Isn't it odd how scammers have multiple money apps like Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal that they use, and when they want to claim they're broke, they post a pic of ONE of them with a low balance? Then they never show the balance after they ask and receive donations.

Oh look, a tweet from August of 2025, when the scammer was in an entirely different facility. Different facility, different year, begging for money while saying she's not safe, the place is retaliating and going to try to send her to the hospital illegally. Sounds familiar, huh?

Yeah, theft is theft. She won't be able to say "she didn't know it was wrong" becuz shes admitted she knows shes not supposed to be doing it and Im sure the agencies investigating already have that in their files. She needs to ask herself if jail time and restitution is worth it

Let’s talk about why scammer, @SurvivingCFS, latest post about "financial insecurity" completely unravels when you look at the strict legal rules of state care. She is under a Medicaid Personal Needs Allowance (PNA). 👇 1️⃣ What is a PNA? Because Kendra lives in a state-subsidized care facility, taxpayers cover 100% of her housing, three meals a day, medical care, and commercial laundry. Under Medicaid rules, residents are restricted to a Personal Needs Allowance (PNA)—a tiny monthly stipend (usually around $60) for discretionary extras like snacks or hobby materials. 2️⃣ The $500 Violation: Six days ago, she bypassed the system entirely, dropping a graphic to demand $500 for an alleged "laundry room crisis" . In the eyes of state investigators, pulling in $500 in a single week destroys her legal PNA allocation. Crowdfunded cash is treated as unearned income, which must be reported immediately. 3️⃣ The "Broke" Illusion: Today, she claims she is "broke" and that financial insecurity is harming her mental health. But a PNA recipient cannot experience true financial survival crises—her roof, bed, food, and doctors are completely guaranteed by the state. The only "insecurity" she has is running out of unmonitored cash to spend on frivolous things. 4️⃣ The Fraud Trap: Grifters think that if they spend their crowdsourced cash within 6 days to drop their active bank balance back down, they are safe from the $2,000 Medicaid asset limit. They are wrong. State Special Investigative Units (SIU) subpoena transaction histories from Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal to track the total volume of cash flow, not just today's balance. Intentionally utilizing unlinked digital wallets to bypass a state-mandated PNA threshold isn't "advocacy"—it's a slow-rolling compliance file. The state moves slowly (taking anywhere from 2 months to 2 years), but the paper trail is permanent. ⏱️💼
