The Bill is an opportunity to act now: we need buyback funding for SO homes that are unmortgageable or unaffordable.

🚨New findings from @LEASEonline Shared Ownership Insight Report reveal widespread concerns over rising service charges, repair disputes, building safety costs, lease extensions and difficulties selling homes.
