The clone attack on the Separatists in Episode II obviously mirrors the Empire's siege of the Rebels in Episode V. But it also inverts the situation in Episode IV: There, the Rebels are launching a desperate attack on the Death Star using the schematics they stole, whereas in Episode II, the Separatists are desperately trying to smuggle those same schematics out so that they can build the Death Star in the first place (though obviously, that doesn't quite work out for them).
The third shot from Episode II also foreshadows the Death Star's purpose, which is to render conventional warfare obsolete. In Episode IV, the Rebels end up destroying the Death Star with unconventional tactics its designers didn't plan for.
