Marry Mubaiwa (ex-wife of VP Constantino Chiwenga) developed acute lymphoedema after the 2018 White City Stadium grenade attack. This caused severe limb swelling, abscesses, wounds, sepsis and gangrene. Courts held her passport under bail conditions for charges including alleged attempted murder, blocking specialist treatment abroad. Her right arm was amputated in September 2022 and left leg in June 2024.

If you study the article by his former employer who audited his money “Journalism Rarely Generates Excessive Wealth,” in the Newsday newspaper 5 years ago, the disclosures of NHS expert Grace Mupfurutsa and the recent ‘Gatwick Airport Hacking-Jennifer Banyure’ documentary, you’ll understand Hopewell Chin’ono practices not journalism, but “disguise” including electoral disguise. Even his ID is fake, this is not his real name. He holds 3 different IDs in 3 different names, and he’s been falsifying a @ukinzimbabwe document to claim he was police cleared by the British Govt during the Osama Bin Laden 911, 2001 year, when he changed his name. (In those years UK and US police databases were weak, as they were not DNA digital. newsday.co.zw/thestandard/am… This was after amassing property purchase money from a UK lender he’s failed to disclose. Over the years he operates multiple operations supporting fraudsters including his colleague from who this news network reversed a million pound property fraud on 21 Oct 2024. He boasts saying people should debate with him if they’ve not purchased their first property, and has said that to many including British solicitor @BMutebuka and @jahman_adamski . He’s been asked to disclose the name of the UK institution but 16 years later still can’t name it. Hopewell Chin’ono is a professional disguiser- he practices disguis’sm. See the documentary below exposing not only the property scam, but his electoral vote tampering shenanigans .. facebook.com/share/v/1EiNGRq…

The irony couldn't be lost on this one. The roles have now been flipped. Given the current noise surrounding Zambian elections, @HHichilema's fate now potentially hangs in ED's hands. It's full cycle settings. If ED senses any strategic openings, he will grab them to make HH indebted to him should it play out that way! That's the nature of the beast regionally. The use of Never Mumba's picture is slightly mischievous. It's a not-so-subtle reminder to the Zambians of the previous battles that were fought & what's potentially at stake in this instalment! – at Shadwell, England

I pose this question genuinely. How is it that in a country which has been plagued by repeated sham & violent elections, the likes of Muchena, Chiwenga & others only belatedly started to call for genuine one man one vote / universal suffrage recently? Where have they been?

You gave ED a chance. You were duped by those who said Tshabangu had genuine grievances. You are supporting the very person who put ED in office & is currently enjoying the trappings of power in the same gvt & yet you think Chamisa is the villain?

Even if Zim's opposition was unified, ED would still have found a way, just like he did in ZANU PF. On paper, it would have made it slightly more challenging but that's it. What has given ED the edge is his unparalleled control over state institutions & lack of hesitancy in wielding changes in highly sensitive portfolios pursuant to dismantling Chiwenga's networks. Bob would never contemplated taking such risks. The opposition are a non-factor in a heavily militarised environment. The obsession with Chamisa & CCC is monumentally misconceived while running the risk of sanitising ED's determined & brazen assault on the Constitution!

In the immediate aftermath of the August 2023 sham elections, regime insiders disclosed the whole list of compromised CCC MPs. It included some of the most vocal pro-Chamisa MPs & party stalwarts. Some remain so to this day & some of them were the most vocal anti-CAB3 cohort. After I had unmasked Tshabangu as a proxy, it was alleged that he had a full FAZ team behind him, protecting him & directing his activities with unerring precision. Some of the non-CCC figures identified as having been working for FAZ at the time have also been visibly vocal against #CAB3 & collaborated with the so-called "defend the Constitution" platforms. CCC was infiltrated before the elections. It had embedded elements in it. Even some of the anti-CAB3 CC cases have parties that were previously flagged up as having long been compromised. This effectively means everything that you saw was a charade / farce & remains so, with the lines between what is real & what is choreographed blurred so emphatically that they are beyond retrieval! If you all ever wondered why I was consistently apathetic about the so-called Anti-CAB3 activities, including the "defend the Constitution" platforms, those are the reasons. The outcome & how things would unfold was always clear to me. I repeatedly shared that the whole process was choreographed but some vilified me. I repeat, we saw performative politics of the highest order, with some of the most pro-CAB3 figures being the most convincing Anti-CAB3 performers ever, complete with voting against the Bill in Parliament for good measure. Some of it one has to begrudgingly admire it, the sheer audacity & brazeneness of it, even if you are opposed to it. If citizens don't raise their level of political consciousness, they will hoodwinked repeatedly ad nauseum.

The foolishness of ZANU PF. They recalled duly elected Citizens representatives. They imposed a pseudo-opposition of their own making. They manipulated the composition of Parliament and distorted the will of the people. They manufactured a fake two-thirds majority. Everything they did to the Parliament of Zimbabwe, against the mandate given by voters in 2023, fundamentally altered its character and legitimacy. That alone makes today's vote null and void. Yet they celebrate this rigging and political theft as a victory. A false victory. A rigged victory. A false Parliament. Zimbabweans outside that self-congratulatory circus reject this nonsense. The people do not support it. This is our fight, against the amendment of the will of the people. A fight whose expiry date will not be dictated by oppressors, rigged votes, or manufactured majorities. It will be decided by the citizens themselves—and by no one else!

1.2 million HIV patients face a potential death sentence in Zim! 1. The Zim regime chose to reject a US $367m deal largely on the grounds of "sovereignty" without explaining how that huge funding gap will be plugged. 2. This comes from a legacy of support that has been in place since 2006 & saved millions of HIV patients from a near certain early grave. 3. Many such patients are vulnerable, unemployed & often struggle to access shelter, water & adequate meals. 4. The health sector has virtually collapsed after decades of neglect & poor funding by political elites whose default option is to seek treatment abroad together with their family members. 5. They make decisions for the poor majority but avoid the dire consequences stemming from them. 6. It's easy to cite "sovereignty" when you can quickly hop on a plane abroad to seek treatment. 7. Many Zimbabweans have had to rely on traditional healers, so-called religious prophets & financial support from family members in the diaspora when unwell. 8. Those are the lucky ones. Many simply have no safety net whatsoever. Instead, they are left to face the grim vagaries of life alone. 9. Whilst concerns about privacy, AI driven commercial exploitation or "mining" of data & sovereignty are understandable, they have to be weighed in the balance with the unjustifiably harsh & life threatening consequences of the sudden withdrawal of access to life saving treatment. 10. A responsible government doesn't just close the taps of critical & long standing support without providing credible contingency measures to pre-empt the inevitable slide into a full blown crisis. 11. To do so would be a great act of irresponsibility, callous, cruel & inhumane. 12. To this end, journalists like my brother @Mathuthu, @NewsHawksLive, @bbmhlanga, @LanceGuma & others have got a moral, ethical & professional obligation to seek answers from the authorities. – at Shadwell, England
