British justice can be maintained and restored if the system of cover up is ever exposed. The NHS presents huge opportunities for abusers that perpetrate that crime. Falsification of the medical record are common. teapawt.org/TheLawSociety/status/1…
Is a doctor who saves a life an activist doctor? Lawyers are there to apply the law and ensure that *everybody, including the most vulnerable*, can access their rights. This is British justice

In response to @MarcusRashford's free school meals campaign which was rejected by MPs, @Jeremy_Hunt says he voted with the govt. He adds 'the govt will look at it again' if help is needed by the Xmas holidays. Watch GMB live now 👉 bit.ly/3fVaMUx #FreeSchoolMeals

The current Legal Duty of Candour was set up to fail & fail it has - one prosecution in 6 years! What is needed is an individual Legal Duty of Candour [Robbie's Law] for ALL healthcare professionals and employees of the NHS so that the public can seek redress in the Courts!

Jesus 9 years I’ve been on here and I came on to improve @NHSEngland when things go wrong & all I’ve seen improve is the way they ignore and cover up :( @Allyncondon @willcpowell @BevisSusanb25 @ann_poppy @ZedTrafficker @drjonesaa @DaveRackliff @ALFREYALFREY @C7RKY @MelanieLeahy

Actually it wasn’t! It wasn’t there for my mum. Discharged from NHS to care home banned from accepting patients. Died from head injuries after assault! Placed on DNR stating do not return to hospital if patient contracts Covid. Which part of NHS was there for her? Pls stop lying!

Sweet and gentle Jesus and holy Mary mother of God... This is yet another car crash interview for Boris Johnson. I’m just an opinionated hack from the North of Ireland and I genuinely believe I’d have answered all these questions much better than Johnson.

Saying it how it is on @BBCNews ➡️Sanofi knew of the risk in 1973 ➡️Sanofi Warned the Government at liscensing ➡️The Government purposely hid and Denied the knowledge of risk to women “Due to fear of litigation” #FirstDoNoHarm #Patientsafety #valproatecrisis @JanetWilliams99

Police refused to investigate my dads death, insisting it was CQC domain. CQC took 11 months to tell me it’s not in their domain it’s the Police! Police will now review decision 11 months after my dads death! Wtf! Good luck finding the evidence you let slip through your fingers!

If you check with West Suffolk NHS Trust they should be able to recommend a hand writing and fingerprint expert!

I want to mention Will Powell who immediately stands out. I realise that not everyone has money, or indeed anyone has money to take legal action but that's not the only way of helping. Unfortunately I forgot people's names due to being off for a while teapawt.org/willcpowell/status/130…

No. Too traumatic. I intend to tell it but, without being dramatic, it might kill me. I'm surprised I'm still here :(

However, can someone pls explain why some professionals & lay people offer help & support & then ignore me? youtu.be/3GKhDCsLrUg – at Ystradgynlais, Wales

Citizens can overturn decisions made by government that are illegal, irrational or procedurally improper by bringing a judicial review. No wonder the Tories are seeking to curtail that right.

Thanks Scott. I also feel sorry for the tragic loss of Sam & ALL who have needlessly lost a child or a loved one. I was hoping that being a member of HSIB's Expert Advisor Group may have, in some way, changed things. However, like the Leaning from Deaths programme, they haven't!

Avoidable tragedy compounded by organisational compulsion to cover-up and conceal. Avoiding reputational damage, protecting key individuals and hiding systemic failings over-rides ethical, moral or legal considerations.

"...Morecambe Bay was a one-off; there was only a remote chance of the same set of latent failures coming together in the same way elsewhere...". Yet within a few short months, not only was it going on again, but within the very same Trust! Lessons fundamentally unlearned.
