Every one of those cases is a crime that didn't have to happen here.

Another racist attack against young French people.
Around 15 French men in their early 20s were out in Rouen celebrating a birthday.
They were singing Catholic songs such as “Ressuscito, Alleluia”while drinking and laughing.
Near the entrance to a fair, someone pointed at them and shouted “there are fascists here.”
They were quickly surrounded by dozens of young North African men and teenagers.
One victim estimated up to 100 around attackers shouted insults including “sales gwers” (a pejorative slang term used in some French urban contexts for Europeans) and “sales blancs” (“dirty whites”)
The victims were beaten by the large group of North Africans.
One of the young Frenchmen tried to de-escalate by saying they were Catholics, not fascists, and that they had done nothing.
Four victims were hospitalized.

🚨 All nine people killed in the Florida Learjet crash have now been identified, and it was a family of four.
Austin tech founder Adam Robinson, 44, the founder and CEO of RB2B and Retention.com, was aboard with his wife Helen Sharp and their children Emma, 4, and Charlie, 2. Their nanny Anita Maria Apellido Cetina and their friends Rachael Reed and Charmi Fehr were with them. Captain Jeff Gregory, 55, and copilot Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, 20, were flying.
The jet left Austin Bergstrom at 10:37 AM Sunday bound for North Eleuthera in the Bahamas. It came down on Military Trail in Greenacres, Florida. No one survived.
What the NTSB said today:
At 12:47 PM ET, at 35,000 feet, the crew reported light clear ice and moderate turbulence.
They asked to climb to 37,000 feet and Miami Center approved it.
Less than 30 seconds later came a descent and a mayday call, then "we are in an overspeed condition, descending."
There is evidence the jet began to break apart before impact.
No cause has been determined.
The families: "Adam and Helen were devoted parents, and Emma, 4, and Charlie, 2, were the light of their lives." They also said their hearts are with the families of the pilots.
NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman defended the young copilot against online attacks: "She was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation." His ask: "Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones."

A solemn and heartfelt farewell took place at Bakersfield National Cemetery on Friday, October 23, 2026, as James T. Murphy, a 106-year-old WWII veteran, former prisoner of war, and Bataan Death March survivor was laid to rest.
As a young soldier, Murphy survived the Bataan Death March and more than three and a half years as a POW, facing starvation, brutal treatment, and forced labor in Japan's Mitsubishi copper mines.
In 2015, he accepted Mitsubishi Materials Corporation's historic apology on behalf of all American POWs subjected to forced labor during WWII.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of James Murphy, a true American hero and a man of great honor.
