I'm often surprised by how many change & improvement leaders don't know about (or don't use) Liberating Structures. They are a set of 30+ ways of working with groups that enable us to include everyone, in innovative ways, to produce results within a short amount of time. Liberating Structures can change the way we meet, plan, decide & relate to one another. You don't need to be an expert facilitator. They can be used by anyone. They are freely available. ⬛️The future of transformation is human
➡️Almost 30 years ago, John Kotter (1995) and other researchers found that 70% of change projects failed. Today, many companies are still struggling with change and digital transformation. Research by EY and Oxford University shows that 85% of executives have been involved in two or more major restructurings in the last five years alone. Around two-thirds of them said they had experienced at least one transformation in that time that was unsuccessful.
