There is a an error though …..
Your race number is 4630 and not 4360 !!
The Western Cape is blessed with the best marathons in the world. #HangklipMarathon is another to add to your bucket list. Marathon #319 (Unique #195) & lovely to participate in inaugural edition. Nine people ran 4:36 today. I can confirm that I was one of them.

Hopefully the voters will remember this bullshittery
Well done @wesstreeting you idiot.
Tesco this morning… shelves stripped bare.. water sold out…loo rolls sold out…
How irresponsible can this Govt possibly get? We’re being led by inexperienced, short sighted amateurs. Like a plague of locusts, panicking shoppers have descended
The whole thing reeks of manipulation….. if it was real it would be in a context of something, not just a random stuck up. Three days? And then what … a miracle. No, stay focused the Labour government are upto no good
Being asked to get ready for war by #WesStreeting isn’t really rocking my boat.
Constant bloody scaremongering.
And three days is enough ? Bullshit
WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN BRITAIN?
Wes Streeting warns Britain must be ready for possible war within 1,000 days.
The Government is now urging households to keep three days of emergency food, water and supplies.
Meanwhile, MI5 warns of serious threats to our national infrastructure.
These are not trivial warnings.
What has changed in the threat assessment? How prepared is Britain? And what protection is in place for ordinary families?
Stop treating the British public like fools and insulting our intelligence.
If the threats are this serious, explain them properly. Tell us what is known, what remains uncertain and what the Government is doing about it.
WE DESERVE STRAIGHT ANSWERS AND THE TRUTH!

It’s a distraction
The UK could be preparing for something deadly.
The Prime Minister has now advised people to stock up on tinned food and bottled water.
He is urging citizens to be prepared for disruptions to water, power, the internet and phone services.
He has also advised citizens to keep a torch with spare batteries.
Citizens have also been advised to withdraw some money from banks and keep some cash on hand.
The PM also wants citizens to keep essential supplies for babies.
His exact words: Unexpected events seem to be becoming more and more common. It's always good to be prepared.
This comes exactly 10 days after the UK urged people to be ready for war and to make sacrifices for the country.
The 'Be Ready' campaign has officially been launched.
Or a distraction … maybe a drama so that politicians then look like heroes
