Ingredients;
• 1.2 kg apples, weighed before peeling
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 3 medium eggs
• 110 g sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 150 g all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 100 ml milk
• 1 heaped tbsp plain yogurt (approximately 30 g)
• 30 g butter
• 40 g flaked almonds
• A little butter for greasing the tin
• Icing sugar for dusting
