Here are some types of HIIT I like to do:
All ON sets are ALL OUT
- Assault bike 8 rounds of 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off
- battle ropes 8 rounds of 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off
- @farbood style battle ropes 1 minute all out, 4 minutes rest, bike/assault bike 1 minute all out
- rower 20 seconds on, 40 seconds off for 10 rounds
- more time commitment and for those who are young/ not fragile: sprint the straight away, walk rest of track. Repeat 8-10x

They should've definitely gone Willy wonka golden ticket feel and given them the best seats in the house. Then go on to sell another 1k golden tickets at a higher price which would recoup the $ they "lost" by giving them the good seats promised and then they could pay off with inflated dollars next time they make the World Series 44 years from now.
