Both Assange and Lula are commie scum.
Lula vs. Bolsonaro: I was held in solitary confinement for 1,901 days for revealing the truth about the U.S. government's killings and espionage, including against Brazil and its industries. Out of power, Lula fought for my freedom. In power, Lula discussed my persecution with Pope Francis, who decided to meet with my family and offer help. After my release, Lula and I met in Rome to mourn the Holy Father's passing. Lula was kind to my children and asked for nothing in return. In contrast, Jair and Flávio Bolsonaro did nothing and said nothing. Yet without the ability to say no to Washington and Tel Aviv, there can be no domestic policy, only foreign instructions. Those orders are always the same: "Expand our theft of resources and wages, and keep your mouths shut about us murdering children." Sellouts will surrender everything in exchange for a cut, even their own tongues.

Was just in Japan and can confirm
Prices in Osaka and Bangkok are ~same despite 4x wage difference. I knew Japan was cheap these days but WOW. And Japan has all the standard First World attributes like drinkable tap water, clean air, safe roads. Explains why everyone and their dog are going to Japan in 2026.

The correct analysis.
Thousands of Brazilians were persecuted and thrown into prison by the Lula regime; many journalists live in exile today, myself included. What did you did for us? So, STFU Julian.

Lots of conservatives tricked themselves into thinking this guy was a hero just cuz he ALSO opposed Hillary Clinton and some establishment Dems. Poor judgment.

Lula’s former lawyer, now a Supreme Court justice, unilaterally extended voting nationwide 3 minutes before polls closed nationally, at Lula’s campaign’s request. Prediction markets reacted by completely inverting who was favored to win. Lula is now highly favored. Unreal.
JUST IN 🚨Flávio Bolsonaro has taken the LEAD in the Brazil elections. Bolsonaro is surging 🔥

This is one of the most antisemitic things I've ever seen in a political ad, and it's for Abdul El-Sayed. The message: your life is hard, groceries are expensive, and the Jewish state is why. Total madness!
This is one of the most comical ads this election cycle. Yes, Americans are chatting at the grocery store about how they can’t buy groceries because their tax dollars “go to Israel” 🙄 😂 nevermind the fact that Israel has invested 100% of military aid in the U.S. economy since Oct 7, and has also purchased over $1 billion *additional* in arms, according to DoD. Federal military aid is also prohibited from being spent on anything other than U.S. arms, so the line about healthcare is even more comical. El Sayed and his Islamist fans like Cenk Uygur want and expect American voters to be so stupid they never check. Not only is this ad insane, conspiratorial, and antisemitic — it is also flat out false. El Sayed isn’t for the people of Michigan, he isn’t even for America. He is for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Friedberg on France and socialism… "This is a bellwether for the West. The more the government spends, the worse conditions get for its people. Then they riot and think the solution is for government to spend even more. It’s the opposite. And immigration is fuel to the fire."

Normal people decide elections. The parties, having become epistemically convinced they only need their bases to turnout, are re-learning that in a 50/50 nation, the non-partisan normie independents decide everything and do so on a per candidate basis.
What should we make of races like Michigan, Texas, and Georgia where there's a big split in the polls between Senate and gubernatorial races? Do these gaps tend to close by Election Day? Answers in today's Model Talk: natesilver.net/p/do-these-se…

Probably a dozen or more families are able to sit at the dinner table tonight with their wonderful little child, safe and sound- only because of this man's bravery. He's a true hero and deserves the thanks of all Americans.
Bend, Oregon man who shot and killed a shooter at his daughters' school speaks out, praises female teacher for fighting the shooter, allowing him to have a clear shot. Kaylub Giamanco says he is haunted by the sound of children pleading for their lives. He also praised the teacher for grabbing the gunman's weapon, allowing him to take a shot at the shooter. "I want to recognize [the teacher]. She gave me the opportunity to make my shot without losing my life..." "I swung the door open, and I stepped in, and I fired, and they dropped to the ground... I looked down at the gunman, and he was scrambling for his weapon. And I looked at him, and I shot him 2 more times..."

The war in Gaza is not in the top 10 deadliest conflicts of this century. It has no major economic impact, no critical resources, and no trade routes. The world is obsessed with it for one reason: it involves Jews.

The problem for Ilhan Omar is that there is no good explanation for how she came to America as a refugee of the Siad Barre regime when her father served as a high-ranking military official in that same regime … unless, of course, she came fraudulently.

The final 2026 US budget is out… One of the great political moves by the left in recent years has been convincing a large portion of America that we don’t already spend the vast majority of our money on healthcare and entitlement programs.

Mehdi Hasan casually expressing the view that the war in Gaza is one of the most important American foreign policy issues of the last 20 years, as though that’s just the most obvious thing in the world, really is one of those, “we live on entirely different planets” moments
Mehdi Hasan says that Gaza is one of the biggest foreign policy issues of the last 20 years whereas I think any random trade deal with like Japan or any other wealthy country is obviously much more important and impactful.
