Lennox and Reduzer are generational gems that we guard very selflessly 🤣.
They are my reminder that you can flip the system and thrive
Hi Cedric, I think your claims about Lennox are not only inaccurate, but also malicious.
You can inquire directly from him @_lennoxomondi, or engage @SamProgramiz, @shadrac_matata @StanleyMasinde_ and will share more about Reduzer. But no man, this is not it.
Story time... I was approached for a ransomware gig... Told client I couldn't guarantee data recovery. Client said local org X were guaranteeing data recovery and were cheaper...asked around, doctors were treating their own sicknesses 🤣🤣🤣
I advice a SaaS platform and this is how I put their CTO to task.. if it's costing money as opex, justify then work out how to reduce $$ without impacting UX.
I have some criticism for Aluta. streaming is tough, but at the end of the day, it comes down to infrastructure and money.
I'm a cost person, and the Aluta bill should be interesting if they're using a VPS. If hosting costs aren't passed on to the client, the model won’t be sustainable.
Now, because they're reconciling users who paid for a show but couldn’t stream it, they're giving everyone a free pass for today’s show. I understand the gesture, but paid users may still feel cheated.
I'm not a hater, but TikTok is already doing this with Flowers and Lions. Building an alternative is tough, and without ads or serious investor money, it's difficult to sustain.
I'm also a Bulk SMS provider, and when I tested the platform, I noticed they have SMS integrated in ways that don't make much sense. Why send me an SMS just because I joined a live stream I never cared about and closed? Then, hours later, after the stream ended, I get an automated 'clock-out' SMS for inactivity.
How many other unnecessary touchpoints like this are quietly eating into their revenue through SMS costs?
The hype is dying.

I think its time to tell our story. We built a tech company in Nyamarambe, Kenya, in a place where nothing like it had existed before. We made personal sacrifices to keep it alive, convinced more than 30 people from different parts of Kenya to come here, and along the way found ourselves solving problems we never thought a tech company would have to solve
We’ve watched the area around us slowly begin to change too. There’s a much bigger story here than I can fit in a single tweet.
I’m looking for journalists, podcasters, documentary makers and other media people who would be interested in telling it. If that’s you, or you know someone who should hear this story, please reach out.
What do you mean "Refreshing cookies" ??
You can actually do this: delete your cookies and they'll be refreshed. Might not address the issue but can work.
Mbiti isn't a techie and I'll be kinder on him.
😂😂😂. @_lennoxomondi ... Fee ni ngapi ?
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
REDUZER ISSUES ASSURANCE TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS FOLLOWING KISUMU STATE LODGE BLACKOUT
NYAMARAMBE, KISII — 14 SEPTEMBER 2026
Reduzer Technologies Training Institute has taken note of the power interruption during the President’s live interview at Kisumu State Lodge. It eventually took what can only be described as a presidential directive for someone to switch on the generator.
We had always assumed backup power was supposed to come on before things got to that point. Funny as it was, that should never happen. If people trust an institution to be prepared, it should actually be prepared.
That same principle is why our Nyamarambe campus has backup power to keep classes running during power interruptions. Students should not lose learning time because of something we could reasonably have planned for. At this rate, we will not be surprised if a few government officials come by for benchmarking.
And we apply the same thinking to the programme itself.
Students build real products. Their work is reviewed and tested by our senior engineers. We track their progress closely, detect issues early, and make sure they get the support they need before those issues become bigger problems.
Parents are paying a lot of money for this. Students are also giving us a full year of their lives. That year has to count for something. By the time they leave, the difference should be obvious in how they think, what they can build, the problems they can solve, and the standard of work they can deliver.
Applications for our one-year, full-time software development cohort starting October 2026 are still open.
If you are going to spend a year learning software development, spend it somewhere that takes that year seriously.

Claude released a report on hw actors abuse their platform.. might sound new 2 most. OpenAI bn doing this since '24 with exact MOs & more detailed trends. Some of my pressos shared the trends we observed. My CTI people, if you're seeing this for the first time, up your game.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
😂😂😂😂.
Replying to @brian_yehnda
if you think you're a good hacker ingia hackerone/inti utushow😂 ANYONE can hit a gov website
Bug bounty is very a live in Kenya... We have some of the best hunters regionally and globally...Bug bounty isn't responsible disclosure though, unauthorized access is illegal by law ..know how to or whom to help you navigate those lines .. you'll be good
🤣🤣🤣🤣... If they have a security team and this was never discovered during period VAPT, or an incident report hasnt been raised ... Heads need to roll.
Clean work @GathogoBMwangi
See, this user has asked me to try this OTP. Here is a screen recording of that OTP working! @ArvoCap @KaliKimanzi It works!! A guessed OTP!!!!!!!!!

As our first Reduzer School cohort prepares to graduate, I want to appreciate some of the tweeps who walked this journey with me.
@SamProgramiz helped us develop the curriculum and is now doing the final touches with the students, making sure every box is ticked before we send them out into the real world.
@StanleyMasinde, alongside @shadrac_matata, also took time to review the curriculum and challenge us on whether we were preparing the students for the standard the industry actually expects.
@shadrac_matata would also spend hours talking to me about business, ideas, problems and how to keep moving whenever things got difficult. Those conversations kept me going more times than he probably knows.
@nut3case, @SteveFirsake, @muchilwa, @belioyt and many other friends spared their time to come all the way to our offices, see what we were building for themselves and share their thoughts.
And to @abadojack, @xysist and everyone else who encouraged, challenged or supported me along the way, I genuinely appreciate you all.
One year. Zero dropouts.
Next month, Reduzer School’s first cohort will graduate after an intensive year of learning, building, failing, improving and showing up.
They came from different parts of Kenya. Some arrived with little exposure to computers. Today, they can take a project from inception to production and explain the decisions behind what they build.
To Cohort One: you were the first to believe in us. You have earned this moment.

In a review of my household safety evaluations, I identified five incidents in which my child escaped the sandbox, reached the kitchen and gained unauthorized access to the snacks. The incidents occurred 16 months ago but has only now come to my attention.
This post explains what happened, how it happened and why my child is better than your child at everything.
In a review of our cybersecurity evaluations, we found three incidents in which a Claude model reached the internet from within or while interacting with a third-party evaluation environment, and then gained unauthorized access to the real systems of three different organizations.
Our post describes what happened, how it happened, and what we’re changing. We encourage other AI developers to perform similar reviews.
We conducted this review together with @Irregular, one of our evaluation partners, and thank them for the joint investigation and their collaboration on this post. This type of collaboration is increasingly critical to safe, rigorous evaluation of models, and we look forward to continuing to work together on security.

"When we started the log analysis, we first used frontier models behind commercial APIs. This did not work: the analysis requires submitting large volumes of real attack commands, exploit payloads, and C2 artifacts, and these requests were blocked by the providers' safety guardrails, which cannot distinguish an incident responder from an attacker. We ran the forensic analysis instead on GLM 5.2, an open-weight model, on our own infrastructure. This had a second benefit: no attacker data, and none of the credentials it referenced, left our environment."
