I love my country, always have and always will. Since 9/11, however, we have had way too many people in power trying to run her into the ground for their own selfish gain. As citizens we have to come together (left & right) ASAP to stop them.

🚨 BIG WIN for election accountability in Michigan.
A Michigan court has permanently blocked Sec of State Jocelyn Benson’s rule requiring electronic pollbooks to be deleted within seven days of election certification. The court ruled that Michigan law requires these records to be preserved for 22 months — with their metadata intact.
Why does that matter? Because the details behind the records, including when voters checked in and who entered the information, are essential to meaningful audits. Preserving only part of the record isn’t enough.
Huge credit to attorney @KevinKijewski for his outstanding work and to Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer for having the courage to bring this fight.

This panel decision puts WA Sec of State Steve Hobbs in a pickle. The DOJ asked for the ballots to be sequestered only until citizenship is confirmed. Hobbs admitted that the state does not have the tools to verify citizenship.
So now Hobbs will have to decide to sequester the ballots or be subjected to prosecution. The other kicker: the ballots have likely already been tabulated, as the state immediately runs them through the machines.
🚨 Late night ruling from the Ninth Circuit after SCOTUS declined to issue an injunction pending appeal.
California and Washington state are now on official notice. The 2-1 panel ruled that the thousands of non-citizen ballots CAN be sequestered. Election officials can also face prosecution for counting the noncitizen ballots, per the ruling.

Mimo, że Komisja Europejska nie ma ŻADNEGO prawa do decydowania w sprawach wymiaru sprawiedliwości, bo nikomu Polska nie przekazała takich kompetencji, to wystosowała stanowisko, które mówi wszystko: "Trybunał Konstytucyjny powinien funkcjonować zgodnie z polską konstytucją ORAZ orzecznictwem Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej."
I tu leży sedno sprawy - do tej pory Trybunał Konstytucyjny orzekał, że polska Konstytucja stoi ponad prawem unijnym, a celem Brukseli jest, żebyśmy byli pod butem UE i jej trybunałów! Polska ustawa zasadnicza ma być na drugim miejscu.
Chcą całkowicie podporządkować sobie Polskę, a do tego niezbędne jest uznanie przez polski TK wyroku TSUE o nadrzędności prawa unijnego nad Konstytucją RP. Oni już nawet nie zamierzają udawać, że cokolwiek ich obchodzi fakt, iż wymiar sprawiedliwości i organy konstytucyjne to kompetencje państw członkowskich. Idą na rympał w imię niemiecko-brukselskich interesów, a Tusk to ich narzędzie do osiągnięcia celu.
Oto prawdziwa twarz Komisji Europejskiej, wielkich "obrońców demokracji". To instytucja, której najważniejsi urzędnicy w ostatnich latach są po uszy umoczeni w korupcję i różnego rodzaju wały. To instytucja, dla który liczy się tylko władza, wpływy i kasa. Nic innego. Obok praworządności to oni nawet nie stali, ale chętnie wycierają sobie nią gęby, wszyscy na czele z von der Leyen.
Dlatego powtarzam @vonderleyen i całej @EU_Commission - ręce precz od Polski❗🇵🇱

🚨Stunning City of Milwaukee Spring Election manual shows passwords! It shares laptop credentials and an ExpressVote access code.
It has instructions for changing voter records: showing staff how to:
1) correct records
2) register voters
3) cancel absentee ballots
4) and deactivate applications.
-Those are powers that deserve access restrictions and audit review - but there are none!!
-Pages 41–48 direct staff to deactivate certain continuing absentee applications when replacing a mailed ballot with an in-person ballot. What is going on?
-No clear response to a broken or mismatched equipment seal. Pages 5–6 require daily verification of ExpressVote seal numbers, but do not specify whether staff must stop using the machine, isolate it, preserve evidence, or obtain clearance before restarting it. Checking a seal needs an explicit response when the check fails.
-Incomplete accounting for unused and spoiled ballots. Blank ballot cards and curbside ballots are distributed and stored, but the manual does not clearly require a daily inventory balancing ballots received, issued, spoiled, and remaining. Page 42 mentions a discarded-ballot envelope without explaining its reconciliation or subsequent custody.
-Limited independent review of sensitive record changes. Pages 15 and 41–48 describe corrections, cancellations, and application deactivations. Some procedures involve chiefs or specialists, but the manual does not establish a consistent second-person review or daily examination of transaction logs.
-Unclear handling of defective envelopes awaiting a voter’s return. Page 37 says to retain an envelope missing the voter’s signature so the voter can return. It does not specify a separate secured location, tracking log, custody record, or reconciliation when the envelope is corrected or remains unresolved.
-Network and workstation protections are unexplained. Page 3 directs staff to use password-free library Wi-Fi and ignore Global Protect pop-ups. That deserves clarification about the intended network protection. The manual also does not specify automatic screen locking or what workers must do when leaving a workstation temporarily.
-Manual ballot substitution lacks a documented verification step. Page 36 permits a “sister ward” ballot when the correct curbside ballot is unavailable, followed by reconstruction at Central Count. It references a matching guide, but does not explicitly require an independent check of the substitute ballot or a substitution log.
Who wrote this manual?? Manual obtained by Patriot - but handed out like candy to countless election people. I see people asking "why does Poland have both a Prime Minister AND a President?"

Post-communism was born in 1989, of a lie. We were told communism had ended. It had only changed its name. The communists handed over the government and kept the rest. The change was real on the surface and fake underneath.
Every lie needs a charming face. Post-communism found its best one in Donald Tusk, Poland's Tony Blair: modern, smiling, fluent in the language the West wanted to hear. Brussels loved him, and in time post-communism grew into Euro-communism: the same apparatus, the same contempt for the voter, now speaking the language of "European values".
This week, the face slipped. Riot police kept the Chief Justice out of his own Constitutional Tribunal, and the government called it restoring the rule of law.
A lie that needs the police has stopped persuading anyone. Lies do not die gently. They stand until the day they fall all at once. In 1989, we were told that day had come. It had only been postponed. Now this lie is coming to an end – and this time, the end will be real.
Post-communism is survived, for now, by its networks. In lieu of flowers, Poles are asked to vote in 2027.
Post-communism is dead.

This is the problem. Zia Faruqui’s entire understanding of this case has been formed by CNN and the rest of the fake news. So when they tell him these two FBI officials are victims of weaponization, he accepts it as fact. That these officials are the ones who weaponized the government never even registers with him. There is no justice, and ultimately no democracy, when there is no shared reality because half the people live in a world of made up facts.
