starting to feel like a real spaceship how it works: - flies like a plane without wings - electric fans blow high-speed air over a curved body for coanda lift - perfectly locked in hover with zero forward speed - thrust vectoring across the edfs for omnidirectional control all running on just 3 batteries next version gets the full-scale wings

it is legal to fly Mach 3+ flight over America anticipating the return of the SR 71. Yes, it is true that President Trump took action to lift the decades-old ban on civilian supersonic flight over land in the United States. On June 6, 2025, President Trump signed Executive Order 14304, titled "Leading the World in Supersonic Flight." The directive targets a 1973 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulation (14 CFR 91.817) that historically banned civilian aircraft from flying at or above Mach 1 over U.S. soil due to the disruptive noise of sonic booms. President Trump also mentioned this a few hours ago at his speech in Florida at NASA headquarters. I believe President Trump knows about all of the projects that NASA is working on including the SR 71 possible upgrade. I continue to lift my eyes toward the sky as we wait for a true miracle the return of the SR 71. Written by Linda Sheffield.

Just a reminder: There is absolutely no known reason for this layer known to any working scientist outside this group. No one I know knows why "shepherding" is needed here. No one has explained why David Gross (85) and Arthur Jaffe (88) are in almost every scene like this and have been since the 1980s. If asked who the 5 member panel intercepting this result would be, I would have gotten both of those names as my first two guesses. No one has explained why Ghislaine's father Robert Maxwell took control of this intercepting layer with Scientific Publishing and Permagon Press. No one has explained @pmarca and @bhorowitz's meeting at the Biden whitehouse where they were told that entire areas of theoretical physics were shutdown. Or why Francis Collins and Anthony Fauci were involved in "Swift and Devastating takedown(s)" of their colleauges. No one has explained why we couldn't figure out COVID's origins within a day or two. There is simply this layer since the Manhattan Project and its secret "Reference Committee" that makes sure that science doesn't proceed the way we are all taught in school. Simply put, this is as mysterious as it is outrageous. Who ordered this bizarre interception by Gross and Jaffe? Are we all supposed to pretend this isn't happening in science? "Oh yeah. This is all totally normal. Please take custody of this result and shepherd us like sheep with PhDs so we don't have any sudden violent advances. By all means, we need the octogenarians who have generously provided us leadership during this long four decade period of mysterious stagnation. Baaaaa." This does not add up. Unless it does. And it's mind-boggling.

The quantum internet means we've created a communication system with instantaneous transmission. That means zero lag when playing video games or talking to people on the other side of the world. Academic physicists will struggle to accept this, as it's impossible classically.
We are going to call the quantum internet, the ‘Aethernet.’ It’s gonna be great. There will be no lag.

Four big problems stand between fusion energy and commercial reality. Our Magnetized Target Fusion commercial design aims to solve all four with one system: the liquid metal wall. It's our technology’s "secret sauce" with multiple key benefits: 🛡️ Protect the machine from neutron damage ️⚡ Breed the fusion fuel we need for the life of a power plant, and to start up new machines 🔋 Simplify energy conversion, efficiently capturing heat to make steam and spin a turbine 💰 Make fusion economical Our Chief Strategy Officer, Megan Wilson, breaks down why this innovation could be the key to practical fusion power.

Cornell semiconductor sets record for widest bandgap Cornell engineers have fabricated a semiconductor with a bandgap above 7 electron volts, surpassing the previous record of roughly 6 eV and moving well into the colossal bandgap range. The material, silicon-doped aluminum gallium oxide, was grown as thin films and then built into a working diode and a field-effect transistor called the AlphaFET. The team used suboxide molecular-beam epitaxy to deposit the films layer by layer, adding silicon at low temperature to supply mobile electrons. The resulting films showed room-temperature conductivity more than 100 million times higher than previously reported for this class of materials, and the devices demonstrated current modulation across several orders of magnitude. Wider bandgaps let devices withstand stronger electric fields before breakdown, which points toward power electronics for electric vehicles, grid infrastructure and data centers. Growing the material on sapphire, a widely available substrate, also helps with scale. Researchers note that defects still limit performance, leaving clear room for improvement. nanotechnologyworld.org/post…

Today, we released the National Policy for Nucleic Acid Synthesis Screening to protect American biotechnology innovation while reducing the risk of misuse. This policy establishes a new, government-wide screening requirements for synthetic DNA and the equipment used to make it. It will ensure companies selling nucleic acid sequences and synthesis equipment know their customers and prevent the malicious use of these materials and tools. This policy strengthens our Nation’s biosecurity posture by establishing rigorous U.S. government-wide procurement screening and physical security standards for synthetic biology. It replaces outdated “self-attestation” systems with robust, independent verification. It creates a dynamic, SI-powered screening layer that assesses the biological risk from nucleic acid sequences, allowing the U.S. to anticipate and prevent malicious use and help stop dangerous gain-of-function research. @NIST will issue rigorous new screening standards and @HHSGov and @USDA will certify synthetic biology providers. Together, these measures will strengthen American biosecurity, safeguard responsible innovation, and establish a global standard for safe and transparent synthetic biology tools and research.

What happens if chaos continues for billions of years? Surprisingly, some systems can eventually return arbitrarily close to their initial states, no matter how unpredictable their motion becomes. Poincaré's Recurrence Theorem establishes this for almost all trajectories in bounded, measure-preserving systems. Related quantum recurrences can occur under suitable conditions. If the universe itself is a finite, isolated quantum system, similar recurrences might occur over unimaginably long timescales. But this remains theoretical, and whether the universe satisfies those conditions is unknown.
