The BBC’s silly and unnecessary editing mistake does not change the FACT that Trump encouraged and inspired the violence that led to death and devastation on Jan 6 after he LOST the election. That should be made clear in all communications to his Mafia style lawyers and to the public. I’m generally with you on this, but addressing the systemic bias on gender issues is part of saving the BBC from itself. Anyone pretending there’s just been a few mistakes on this is not doing this important national treasure any favours in the long run.
