Most $OPEN investors are waiting for November 5 earnings.
I'm looking at something else.
Actual homes Opendoor bought and resold in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We're matching property records to examine what OPEN paid, what it sold for, and what that might tell us about its unit economics.
The data arrives unevenly. It's only one county. And gross resale spreads aren't profits.
But it's an independent way to investigate whether the turnaround is showing up in real transactions.
I've published the research, preliminary findings and limitations for my paid subscribers.
The documents are the moat. The argument is the reach.

🚨 CoreWeave $CRWV bonds are now trading at distressed levels, with yields on its 2031 notes surging past 16%.
The Nvidia-backed AI cloud company carries roughly $50 billion in debt and lease obligations to fund its data-center buildout.
The cost of insuring that debt against default has climbed to around 1,000 basis points, implying roughly a 60% chance of default within five years.
$CRWV shares have fallen sharply this week as the broader semiconductor selloff accelerated concerns over AI infrastructure financed by borrowed money.
Elon Musk replied "yikes" to the bond-yield spike.
The AI boom is increasingly being funded with debt, and the credit market is starting to notice.

🚨 ‼️ ⏰ Although $CRML is First in line when it comes to speed. $GRML might be a capital light weight, CRML more capital intensive. What do I mean? CAPEX and OPEX related. The metallurgy of $GRML will probably proof to be less complex, there is a non-binding partnership with a $1B (!!!) company called Neo for 60% offtake. $GRML compared with $CRML doesn’t need to build a seperation plant (Romania, 1.2-1.4 billion). They’ll use an already excisting plant from partner TSX:NEO. Look it up: Silmet (GRML) versus Silmet (CRML)!!! The gap in market cap between both will get smaller as we progress in time. Yep you’re right. Good catch. I missed the 1:50 reverse split and used the pre-split share count. Current common-share MC is closer to $55M at $9.42, not $1.5B
GRML does have substantial preferred/warrant dilution to account for on a fully diluted basis, but my original market cap comparison was wrong. I’ll put out a correction

THE MARKET SAYS 95.5%.
OUR MODEL SAYS 62%.
That's a 33.5-point disagreement on Jon Ossoff retaining his Georgia Senate seat.
EHIQ made the call April 19. It's timestamped. We haven't changed it.
Here's what's interesting:
Ossoff is clearly ahead in the polls. The RCP average has him +8.
But individual recent polls have ranged from +4 to +10.
Polymarket is nevertheless pricing his retention at roughly 95%.
EHIQ isn't saying Ossoff is going to lose. 62% still makes him more likely than not to win.
The disagreement is over certainty.
Is this really a 95% race?
Our model says no.
Tomorrow I'll post another call where EHIQ and the prediction market disagree by 30+ points.

The team leaned on Kimi K3 as its main weapon after US labs restricted access to their models for security work.

The team found 85 critical flaws while the effort cost $40,000 in AI credits funded by OpenSats, per Bitcoin Magazine.

$SRXH The 10-Q just confirmed what many of us were waiting for (Official Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 is now live on EDGAR).
Quick Summary of the Numbers That Matter;
🔺Balance Sheet (as of June 30, 2026)
✅Cash + restricted cash: $36.7 million
✅Current assets: $65.2 million
✅Total liabilities: only $2.4 million
✅Debt: Zero
✅NAV: $62.9 million → $3.22 per share (higher than the preliminary $3.07 estimate)
🔺Operating Performance
✅Revenue up 27% year-over-year to $3.4 million
✅Operating loss improved 63% YoY
✅Net loss from continuing operations improved 40% YoY and 35% quarter-over-quarter
✅Adjusted EBITDA loss improved 35% YoY to $1.6 million
✅Halo fill rates hit 98% in June + record Prime Day performance
🚀Why This Is Bullish.
This is the cleanest post-merger snapshot we’ve seen so far.
1️⃣Fortress balance sheet
No debt. Substantial cash. Real flexibility. Most microcaps that go through reverse mergers and strategic pivots come out diluted and cash-strapped. SRXH came out with dry powder and a clean slate.
2️⃣NAV is real and higher than guided
$3.22 per share on a post-split basis. The market is still pricing the stock at a meaningful discount to that number. That gap is the opportunity if execution continues.
3️⃣Operating trends are moving in the right direction
Revenue growing. Losses narrowing meaningfully. Halo operations stabilizing. This is not a company that is bleeding faster. It is stabilizing and improving.
4️⃣Capital return signals
Dividend already funded. Buyback authorized and available. Management is showing they are willing to return capital while they build.
👉This 10-Q removes a lot of the “will they even have a clean balance sheet?” risk.
The company now has the structure, the liquidity, and early signs of operational improvement.
The long-term bull case is straightforward:
• Keep the balance sheet clean
• Continue narrowing losses
• Deploy capital productively under the EMJX framework
• Let the discount to NAV close as results compound
The foundation that was just reported in the 10-Q is significantly stronger than what most expected at this stage.
💰The stock is currently clearly undervalued, while the company just reported $3.22 NAV per share.
That is a clear discount to cash, a clear discount to NAV, and a clear discount to the progress already shown.
⭐️The foundation is stronger than the market is pricing.
This is a #RisingDynasty in the making.

I’ve been vocally bearish on the odds of the Clarity Act passing since the end of last year.
Odds of passing IMO ~5%, which is likely optimistic.
My main argument, although there are many, is that it’s unlikely both sides can agree on ethics.
After Trump’s disclosure that he made billions in crypto, do you believe 7 Democrat Senators will vote for a bill that allows him to continue his crypto activities?
Maybe I’m wrong, I just don’t see it.

$BMNR holders aren’t pissed because the stock is red.
They’re pissed because this was sold as the ETH treasury rocket…
and somehow it turned into “please approve more shares.”
Stock is around $14.
Down ~55% from the year open.
Down ~58% from the year high.
Down 90%+ from the 52-week high.
That is not “normal volatility.”
That is a trust problem.
And the Tom Lee incentive stuff makes it even messier.
His package includes 500,000 PSUs if BMNR gets to 4% of ETH supply…
then another 1,000,000 PSUs if it gets to 5%.
So yeah, when shareholders watch the stock get smoked while the company keeps chasing “Alchemy of 5%,” people are going to ask the obvious question:
Is BMNR actually building value per share?
Or are common holders just the fuel for the 5% victory lap?
Because nobody hates the ETH stack.
That’s the crazy part.
The market likes the ETH.
It just doesn’t trust the wrapper.
Every bullish headline now comes with the same ugly thought in the back of people’s minds:
How many more shares?
How much more dilution?
Who is this really being built for?
Tom Lee can kill the bear case fast.
Show ETH per share.
Show accretion.
Show discipline.
Stop making holders feel like the ATM.
Until then, the angry village has a point.
Maybe $BMNR is an ETH weapon.
Maybe it’s just a compensation plan wearing an ETH hoodie.

Sui isn’t competing on TPS anymore.
It’s competing on intelligence per transaction.
While most chains process one action at a time, Sui can atomically execute up to 1,024 operations in a single transaction with sub-300ms finality.
That changes everything for AI agents, automated finance, and on-chain commerce.
