We are having health policy debates again. For those interacting with me: I have a masters in healthcare administration, grad health policy cert, wrote a thesis on pricing out asymmetric risk in insurance markets, and I wrote graduate healthcare finance/econ classes.
The Medicare for America bill is still the way to go and I’ll die on that hill.
If I were advising Democrats, I'd suggest ditching "Medicare for All" and pitching "Medicare for 18-29."
The idea is already wildly popular with that demographic, they use much less healthcare than everyone else, their unemployment + job-hopping rate is high (inconsistent health coverage), and their parents will all be secretly happy to stop paying their kids' premiums every month. Their parents premiums would also come down, too – no more 26 year-olds on dad's insurance.
It's a no-brainer. It's a direct "help young people" policy that would be hard for Republicans to oppose.

AOC: A note for Gen Z. If you want to understand millennial cringe, what you all call millennial cringe, this earnestness, imagine all the seats we flipped last night. That feeling, plus, on top of it, electing the first Black president ever. And on top of that, you did it the first time you ever voted. That hits generationally. You’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
And because you did it the first time you ever voted, you’re like, ‘Yeah, we can change the world. Why not? We did it the first time. Let’s just do it again.’

After suspending my campaign for US Senate, I relaunched my state PAC to support 16 candidates running for state House and state Senate. Today, it took me a solid 30 minutes to text ALL of them congratulations.
100% win rate. And a Democratic trifecta.

Jeffries needs to stop using words like "retribution" and "revenge" when he should be using words like "accountability" and "malfeasance" and "wrongdoing".

Gimme three months and his golf buddies in Florida wouldn’t even vote for him.
I’ll smoke him by 7. Bet on it.
🚨BREAKING: Republicans' odds to flipping the Michigan US Senate seat JUMP OVERNIGHT.
Michigan - 2026 US Senate
🟥Mike Rogers 44.3% (+3.7)
🟦Abdul El-Sayed 40.6%
Polling average via Pollsmax.com.
Abdul El-Sayed has become the Democratic frontrunner, and compared to his primary opponents—Mallory McMorrow and Haley Stevens—he performs by far the worst against Mike Rogers.
If El-Sayed ends up being the nominee, Republicans will be the heavy favorites to flip Michigan's US Senate seat later this year.

A few things to remember:
You can register to vote on Election Day in Colorado. Just go to a voting center.
You don’t have to vote every race or every issue on that monster ballot. You can leave things blank if you choose.
This video of @re_LEX_ation at the UNLV game has me rolling 🤣 – at Paradise, NV
If you go to bed on election night and don't know who won a midterm congressional race, that's normal. And if you wake up the next morning and find that a candidate who was behind hours earlier has since pulled ahead, that's normal, too. (via @PolitiFact) to.pbs.org/4zqnWBa

Haley Stevens is still a member of Congress until January.
A Democratic Party that actually had a spine and wasn’t full of shit would remove her from all committee assignments and censure her tomorrow.

Hey in case anyone's waffling here. Keep Mike Rogers far, far away from the US Senate.
Sore loser energy. Shows why she lost in the first place. No Democrat should ever support her again.
