The Escalation Continues: Iran Is Raising the Stakes in the Gulf Iran has made it clear that it will not accept the continued maritime blockade Or continued attempts to export oil from the Gulf throughthe "Omani route". The next stage of escalation could involve targeting U.S. interests and assets in the Persian Gulf. Without a diplomatic breakthrough, which currently appears unlikely, Tehran has little incentive to back down. On the contrary, Iran may intensify its operations in the Gulf to impose additional costs on Washington and prevent regional countries from exporting oil while its own exports remain restricted. While Iranian rhetoric should always be treated with caution, these threats cannot be dismissed. They reflect Tehran's growing determination to increase military and economic pressure on the Trump administration in an effort to force a change in U.S. policy. The combination of increasingly aggressive Iranian statements, continued tanker attacks, and a diplomatic deadlock is bringing Washington and Tehran closer to another dangerous round of military escalation. The question is no longer simply whether Iran is willing to escalate, but how far it is prepared to go. #Iran #IranWar‌
"This is a serious warning" Iran is now threatening to attack US bases across the middle east if commercial vessels continue to use the Strait of Hormuz.

WATCH: Britain’s ITN has released ~4 hours of previously sealed 1989 Tiananmen footage — filmed by the team that smuggled the tapes out of China. The material, archived for ~35 years, includes a 2-hour crackdown compilation and 90 minutes of secretly filmed raw rushes from the days after, showing military trucks on Beijing streets, crowds, and the aftermath.

🇺🇸🇨🇦 As if U.S.-Canada relations weren't tense enough, Canada's CBC has reportedly told staff NOT to call 9/11 a "terrorist attack" as its 25th anniversary approaches. FBI Director Kash Patel is FURIOUS over it: "Any agency in Canada that doesn't publicly reject this bastardization of history, and an insult to the souls lost during our largest terrorist attack in U.S. history will no longer have friends in this FBI... Not to mention our heroes that responded in the aftermath. WE WILL NEVER FORGET 9-11." WTF is wrong with Canada?! 9/11 WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK END OF DISCUSSION @CBC Source: @FBIDirectorKash, NY Post / Writer: Michael
