Cant belive its been a year now! Remember how much havoc my reading at that lecture caused? Campaigns of lies, manipulation, harassment not only of me but other innocent people, countless media articles, tv & radio news... only for the UK Supreme Court to validate my concerns and then Abertay to conduct full-scale investigation concluding that my reading was more than appropriate for the lecture and course.
Fight for truth and justice is never easy, but I will never give up 👊

Not a book I ever imagined I'd write & also one I wish wasn't needed.
The proof copy of my book, The Accused's Guide to Court, arrives today, and I'm excited for it, but I do wish I'd written a book for a different reason..
Unfortunately, there's very little guidance available for falsely accused men facing trial in Scotland, or for their families, but I hope this book will help those currently awaiting trial understand what lies ahead, what to expect and how to prepare.
If it helps even just one person or family feel a little less lost, it will have been worth it.

I think this is incredibly unfair. This woman lied about a man committing sexual abuse. Why is the man not entitled to use which level lawyer and how many he wants? His whole life and reputation was on the line. If you don’t want an adverse costs order made - don’t tell lies!

I can assure you, no woman in Scotland will be facing the man she falsely accused of rape after any period he spent in prison. Few women ever admit their deceit, and Scottish courts rarely acknowledge, let alone overturn, blatant miscarriages of justice.
Indeed, recent policies and judgments seem to be encouraging this injustice.
