There’s an important physiological point here that deserves more attention. The gallbladder isn’t designed to remain inactive. Dietary fat stimulates cholecystokinin (CCK), which triggers gallbladder contraction and bile release. Prolonged fasting, very-low-fat diets, and impaired gallbladder emptying can contribute to bile stasis, one of the factors involved in gallstone formation. But there’s an important distinction between preventing gallstones and managing existing symptomatic stones. Once gallstones are present, fat-induced contractions can trigger significant pain or complications, which is why temporary fat restriction may be appropriate while awaiting surgery. We should be asking more questions about insulin resistance, obesity, rapid weight loss, dietary history, and gallbladder motility rather than treating dietary fat as the sole villain. Understanding the underlying physiology matters!

The look of sheer exasperation on Senator Alex Antic’s face says it’s all. ATAGI who approved the Covid vaccine for pregnant women in June 2021 now has nothing to say for itself when confronted with the fact Fauci knew 5 months earlier there were concerns over miscarriage and the LNP’s crossing the placenta. And when Antic confronted them with the 300 miscarriage reports - silence. It’s clear they have absolutely no interest in looking at the safety profile of any of these shots. What a disgrace.

Surgeon: "Gallstones. Until we take it out, I want you on a low fat diet. Nothing fried, no cheese, no cream, skimmed milk." Patient: "What does the gallbladder do?" Surgeon: "Stores bile. Squirts it out to digest fat." Patient: "When?" Surgeon: "When fat arrives." Patient: "And if no fat arrives?" Surgeon: "It sits." Patient: "Full of bile. Not emptying. For months." Surgeon: "That's the idea. Rest it." Patient: "What do stones form from?" Surgeon: "Bile that sits too long and thickens." Patient: "So the treatment for a bag that's gone solid from not emptying is to stop emptying it." Surgeon: "The fat triggers the pain." Patient: "The fat triggers the squeeze. The pain is the stone in the door." Surgeon: "Which is why we're removing it." Patient: "What was I eating when the stones formed?" Surgeon: "I'd have to look." Patient: "Low fat. Since 2019. Mainstream FOOLISHNESS. Lowering your LDL on a lab report is not the same as living longer. This portfolio diet story is all over X this week, and it skips the only question that matters. Why? The study behind the 28.6% number had 46 adults for 1 month. LDL fell 28.6% on the diet, 30.9% on lovastatin, and 8% on the control diet. It measured blood lipids and C-reactive protein. It did not count one heart attack or one death. We already ran the big test of lowering cholesterol by swapping out saturated fat for plant oil. The Minnesota Coronary Experiment put 9,423 people on corn oil or a control diet. Cholesterol fell 13.8% vs 1.0%. There was no mortality benefit in the whole group or in any prespecified subgroup. And every 30 mg/dL drop in cholesterol went with a 22% higher risk of death. A cholesterol number that drops in 4 weeks tells you nothing about whether you'll live longer. The Study and my videos below...
Changing our diets is the single best approach to improve cholesterol levels without relying on prescription medications. According to Dr. Riyaz Patel, an NHS doctor and academic cardiologist at University College London, simple targeted adjustments to what we eat can have a powerful impact. Eating more oats introduces helpful soluble fiber that lowers cholesterol, while incorporating plant sterols and stanols through fortified yogurts and spreads blocks cholesterol absorption to typically cut levels by about 10 percent. Additionally, cutting back on saturated fat is essential because it prevents interference with the liver's natural ability to clear bad LDL cholesterol from your blood. Allowing bad cholesterol to build up can clog arteries and eventually trigger heart attacks or strokes, making dietary interventions much more critical than many people realize. In a 2003 clinical trial published in JAMA, a specialized portfolio diet combining sterols, soluble fiber, soy protein, and nuts managed to slash bad cholesterol by 28.6 percent in just one month. This result was incredibly close to the 30.9 percent drop seen in patients taking a low-dose statin medication, though that specific study was quite small and tightly regulated. It is important to remember that individual results vary and some people might see very little change from diet alone, so if your doctor has already prescribed a statin, you should never stop taking it without speaking to them first. [Jenkins, D. J. A., Kendall, C. W. C., Marchie, A., et al. (2003). Effects of a Dietary Portfolio of Cholesterol-Lowering Foods vs Lovastatin on Serum Lipids and C-Reactive Protein. MORE FOOLISHNESS from WebMD. They just handed the mic to a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to define a "balanced diet." The article tells you to pick lean meat, low-fat or fat-free dairy, and sunflower or safflower oil. It also tells you to limit red meat and saturated fat. In the PURE study of more than 135,000 adults across 18 countries, people in the highest carbohydrate group had a 28% higher risk of dying than people in the lowest carbohydrate group. Higher total fat intake was linked with lower risk of death, not higher. So the "balanced" plate they are selling still pushes the carb load that leads to worse outcomes, and it still treats animal fat like a poison. Meat is a health food. Carbs are optional & not needed. The Study and my videos below...

A rant about LDL, HDL & cholesterol... LDL stands for low density lipoprotein. HDL stands for high density lipoprotein. Think of these as taxis that transport lipids around the blood. (There are other taxis). LDL-C is the cholesterol in a LDL. HDL-C is the cholesterol in a HDL. Both LDL & HDL (taxis) also carry protein, phospholipids and triglycerides. People use LDL/LDL-C and HDL/HDL-C interchangeably, which is wrong and misleading. LDL is called bad cholesterol. It's not even cholesterol; it's a carrier of cholesterol (and other lipids). HDL is called good cholesterol. It's not even cholesterol; it's a carrier of cholesterol (and other lipids). The cholesterol in a LDL is the same as the cholesterol in a HDL (C27H46O). There is no good or bad cholesterol - except in the heads of people who should know better (academics, doctors etc). One thing we can all agree on is that lowering cholesterol is eye-wateringly lucrative.

RFK Jr. told Dr. Phil why we have no idea how safe our vaccines are. Vaccines skip much of the safety testing other drugs must go through before they're licensed. We were told a surveillance system would catch any problems afterward. But the reporting system they built captures fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries. That figure is from the government's own 2010 study. And when a better system was built and tested, it found serious injuries in 1 of every 40 recipients. So it was shelved. 🧵

Careful with your words. Proven??? Plant Based News says replacing meat with plants is "proven" to reduce cardiovascular events and strokes. Proven is a strong word for a post that cites no trial. A 2026 randomized feeding trial put people with metabolically unhealthy obesity on a very-low-carb ketogenic diet, a Mediterranean diet, or a very-low-fat plant-forward diet, all to about 10% weight loss. The low-carb diet improved hepatic insulin sensitivity two to three times more than the other diets. Liver fat, A1c, and 24-hour insulin fell most on low-carb. LDL and ApoB did not differ between the diets. Meat is a health food. Carbs are optional. The Study and my videos below...

The year is 1873. Your wife tires easily and reads too much. The doctor prescribes the rest cure: six weeks flat in bed, no books, no visitors, fed on milk, forbidden to sit up without his permission. The man who devised it is the most famous nerve specialist in America, and the women come out of it quieter, which is taken as the cure. The year is 1915. The hospital has a new way of delivering your child. Morphine, then scopolamine, and the mother wakes two days later with a baby she cannot remember having. They call it twilight sleep. The women are strapped into padded cots so they do not hurt themselves while they scream, and the straps are the modern part. The babies arrive blue and slow to breathe. The year is 1945. The truck comes down your street fogging DDT, and the children run behind it in the white cloud because the man on the back says it is harmless. At the beach it is sprayed over the bathers on their towels. It goes on the cattle, over the barn, and across the kitchen table. The year is 1948. Your son has trouble with his ears. The doctor slides a rod tipped with radium up each nostril and holds it there for the best part of ten minutes, and you bring him back three more times. Hundreds of thousands of American children get the same treatment. The cancers arrive in their fifties. The year is 1962. The health visitor tells you breastfeeding is old-fashioned and the formula is scientific. By 1972 fewer than one American baby in four is breastfed at all. The formula is skimmed milk and sugar, with the milk fat taken out and vegetable oil put in. The year is 1971. The family planning clinic fits a small plastic crab called the Dalkon Shield. Its tail is a bundle of fibres that wicks bacteria up into the womb. 2.8 million are fitted in America before it is withdrawn, and the company goes bankrupt under the claims. It had been sold as safe and superior. The year is 1983. The doctor says your arteries are the butter's fault. The dripping tin goes in the bin, the yolks go to the dog, the margarine goes in the fridge, and you have the heart attack anyway, on skimmed milk, having done everything right. The year is 2001. Your 15-year-old is low, and the doctor prescribes Paxil, because the trial in the journal says it is effective and well tolerated in adolescents. The raw data, reanalysed 14 years later, shows more suicidal thinking on the drug than on the sugar pill. The company pays $3 billion to settle. Nobody rings the house. The year is 2009. The government has spent around £500 million stockpiling Tamiflu for the pandemic, on the strength of the manufacturer's trials. When the trials are finally prised loose five years later, the drug shortens flu by about half a day and nothing shows it keeps anyone out of hospital. The stockpile goes out of date in a warehouse. The year is 2026. The doctor has ten minutes and a screen. The number is high, so the tablet is for life. The weight is high, so the injection is for life. The meat is bad for the planet and the oil is good for the heart, and the person in the chair is as certain as everyone who ever sat in it. Every one of those was settled, by a committee, in a journal, with a doubter somewhere being laughed at. The rest cure, the straps, the fog, the rod, the formula, the crab, the margarine, the trial, the stockpile. All of it certain, all of it printed, all of it done to somebody who had asked for help. You were never the one who was wrong. You were the one it was done to, and the only person in the story who did as they were told every single time. The apology comes a generation late, in a footnote, addressed to nobody. The next one is being drafted now.

I had a wonderful time last night sharing with goldcare and @dramerling and many others what I've learned about the science of CVD that is not covered by conventional lipidology and cardiology. One topic I covered is the unsubstantiated view that LDL particles force their way into the endothelium leading to plaque formation. This perspective disregards the protective effect of the glycocalyx, which lines the lumen side of the endothelium. The endothelium and LDL are both negatively charged, which means that LDL is repelled electrostatically from approaching the endothelium. For this reason, a metabolically healthy person, such as an #LMHR, need not be concerned about having very high LDL-C. @DoctorTro @lowcarbGP @davidludwigmd @realDaveFeldman @KenDBerryMD @nicknorwitz @AdrianSotoMota @drsimonegold @zoeharcombe @ifixhearts @DiljanMansoor @lowcarbusa @LowCarbBeast @Fynnderella1

Dr. Suzanne Humphries: "Sick animals have always been used for vaccine production..." The Sordid, Corrupted History of Vaccines — From Smallpox Pus to COVID It started with sick animals — always. The very first “vaccine” wasn’t some clean scientific breakthrough. It was pus and diseased material scraped from sick cows, horses, rabbits, sheep — passed back and forth between species, shattering every natural interspecies barrier… then scraped or injected straight into human skin. No protection. No safety net. Just raw animal disease forced into people. Then came 1957 — when scientists finally realized the terrifying consequences. Because of brave whistleblowers like Dr. Bernice Eddy, Dr. J. Anthony Morris, and Judyth Vary Baker, we now know for certain: Vaccines have been unsafe and ineffective for over a century. The manipulation, cover-ups, buried data, and corrupted “science” didn’t start with COVID. It’s been the playbook since day one. From smallpox to SARS-CoV-2 — the same pattern of lies, suppression, and profit over truth. This is the real history they never taught you. This is why the “experts” fight so hard to keep it buried. The foundation was rotten from the start.

The "30 plants a week" rule did not come from a study of strokes, dementia or death. It came from the American Gut Project. Volunteers answered a survey question: "In an average week, how many different plants do you eat?" Then researchers compared the stool bacteria of people who said more than 30 with people who said fewer than 10. Tim Spector is a co-author on that paper. That's the whole foundation. A questionnaire and a stool sample. Now it's packaged as a six-week plan and a cookbook, wrapped in the story of his stroke at 53. Different gut bacteria is not the same as fewer strokes. That paper never showed that eating 30 plants prevents a single stroke, heart attack or case of dementia. Meanwhile meat delivers B12, heme iron, zinc and complete protein with no counting required. I've made videos on the fiber and gut microbiome hype (see below). If 30 plants a week is so important, where is the trial showing it prevents even one stroke? Study and my videos below...

Breast cancer cells are LOADED with insulin receptors. That's important to know for preventing/treating it. Why? Read on... In 159 breast tumors, insulin receptor content was more than 6 times higher than in normal breast tissue. And the receptors worked: they bound insulin and switched on. Many cancer cells favor a form of the insulin receptor (IR-A) that acts mainly as a growth signal, not a sugar-handling one. Insulin tells these cells to grow. So what happens when insulin runs high? 512 women with early breast cancer had fasting insulin checked. Highest vs lowest quarter: 2x the distant recurrence, 3.1x the death rate. In the Women's Health Initiative, researchers measured insulin in about 1,650 postmenopausal women drawn from a cohort of 93,676. In women not on hormone therapy, the top quarter of insulin had 2.4x the breast cancer risk. And the obesity link mostly faded once insulin was accounted for. Few doctors check fasting insulin. Fewer still know that Low-carb/Keto/Carnivore is the most direct way to bring it down. I've made videos on this (see below). If high insulin goes with more breast cancer AND worse outcomes, why isn't fasting insulin part of every breast cancer workup? Studies and my videos below... – at Tennessee, USA
