My Escalade IQ bricked on the way back from Georgia due to a battery system failure, and now the dealership says it'll take 2 to 14 business days to receive the high-voltage battery. It’s insane that @Cadillac wants to burn the clock like that.

That’s insane. So bad!!!
Software glitch expelled our battery on our Cadillac IQ … stuck on side of road in Georgia but all will work out. We are waiting for tow and have arrangements to back in Orlando tonight even if we leave our car in Georgia.
Greyhound bus is still a thing.
Everything else Ubers, trains, car rentals, etc didn’t work out and that would be the most expensive efficient.
I’m not too proud to take it if the dealership can’t fix it quickly when we get in.
