Rich Young Man: "Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?" Jesus: "Go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me." Sola Scriptura Guy: "Don't listen to him! He may be God, but He's preaching works-based salvation! You must not listen to this man!"

£4.30 for lamb kofte and chips at Wrexham. Can't fault the price. The presentation, on the other hand, needs a serious rethink.

It would seem that the maxim “bros before hoes” is contrary to right reason, for a man’s beloved is due a greater share of his affection by virtue of their intimacy. I answer that…
Guys I genuinely might have a problem: my girlfriend has us together as her phone wallpaper, but mine is still St. Thomas and I lowkey don’t want to change it. What do I do.

Transgenderism arose when it did because it requires a sufficient detachment from reality to be endemic in the population. Men who have their ideas of women formed by porn and women who have their ideas of men formed by feminism are sufficiently detached from the reality of what sex is and what the sexes are, for the idea that sex was merely a contingent thing in humans, rather than one of our essential determinations. Weirdly, and incoherently, the people who did this also generally acknowledge that sexuality is central to human existence and the human condition. Think about that. They think SEXUALITY is essential, but that SEX is merely an imaginary social construct. They have become so detached from reality that they no longer grasp sex as act or sex as desire as HAVING ANYTHING TO DO with the two sexes. This is simply the logical consequence of accepting that homosexuality is just the same as and not worse or different than the natural human thing that produces children. And the logical consequence of feminism, that decided men and women were identical and interchangeable in all respects. Yes, the terfs have been indispensable in beating back the scourge of Transgenderism, but feminism birthed it, and the terfs are not your friends in trying to undo the damage of feminism to men and women.

Stereotype accuracy is perhaps the single most enduring and replicable effect in the entire field of social science. A commonly-held stereotype is ~2x more likely to replicate than a peer-reviewed study. If your study suggests a stereotype is wrong, that's an extraordinary claim!

I’m conducting a study to determine why buildings in certain areas are taller than in others. First, I will control for building height.
Authors including controls for SES, "Father Absence", "Parental Incarceration" and intelligence is what the field calls "controlling for mediators". Obviously if you model black students as being exactly like white students, the effects of behavioral differences are minimized.

Philomena: Some people have been writing PHP for over 20 years. Is that because it's particularly difficult to finish? Expert: No, software is constantly evolving. Philomena: So they've been writing the same website for 20 years? Expert: No, different projects. Philomena: Have they tried finishing one before starting another? Expert: That's not how software development works. Philomena: My mate Paul spent 20 years building a shed. Turned out he was just an alcoholic. Expert: Right. Philomena: Is PHP like that?
