Aims: (1) to repeal the GRA 2004, (2) to remove "gender reassignment" (what a coy expression!) from the list of protected characteristics in EQ 2010. Both pieces of legislation pander to mental illness. Finally (3) "Hate crime" legislation must be amended

A new law that risks criminalising parents who question whether their children are trans must be scrapped, MPs, peers and experts have demanded. ‘Gender’, as opposed to sex, is an anti-scientific myth. If a child with a penis announces that he is really a girl, parents and teachers have a positive duty to educate him in the scientific truth that he is a boy. Of course no parent should use physical or psychological abuse for any reason. But if anyone should be prosecuted it is those who abuse their duty of care by encouraging children in the anti-scientific delusion that they can choose their own sex. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…

This gave me chills. A Muslim woman in a burqa attempted to set a plane on fire and bomb it, but passengers noticed what she was doing and managed to stop her before she could succeed. Always stay alert around them.

We should have a rule that while we have any national debt we can’t give out foreign aid.
On behalf of every British taxpayer in the country, I just gave the Chancellor and his pygmy ministers the honest assessment of our public finances. They did not like it.

Amazing news, @officialsammyuk is joining the team at @RestoreBritain! I'm so happy we can work together after the horrific @rapeganginquiry that the media ignored. Onwards and upwards!
I am very much looking forward to working with Sammy Woodhouse (@officialsammyuk) at Restore Britain - a great addition to our team.

We are done for. Totally done for. A top lawyer who backed Mauritius’ claim to the Chagos Islands has been selected to serve as the British judge at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Prof Dapo Akande will serve a NINE year term - after being elected by Kier Starmer and Lord Hermer. I can’t find the words that describe the despair. The whole of our political class has mutated into a Fabian, British betraying cabal. No more words. I have none.

Don't suppose it will come as a surprise to anyone that the @cabinetofficeuk has upheld its refusal to answer our FOI about the validity of the research being used to justify the dangerous Conversion Practices Bill. They say: Having reviewed your request for an internal review, we have decided to uphold our initial decision to withhold this information under S35(1)a. The release of this information would undermine our ability to develop policy confidentially, including confidential discussions between officials and Ministers. We are confident that the public interest test set out in our original response remains appropriate. All details of our request are here whatdotheyknow.com/request/r… We'll be appealing to the Information Commissioner. Greatful for any advice @MyFOIA.
So we've asked for an internal review of the @cabinetofficeuk's refusal to give us the information. Dear Cabinet Office, I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Research base for the Conversion Practices draft bill'. I do not believe the exemption applies, and to the extent that it may apply to any of the information sought, it does not apply to all of it. The first 2 questions in my FOI concern matters of fact, so there would seem to be no reason to exempt them. I understand that access to the research and analysis on which decisions are being based was one of the basic arguments for FoI. This is fundamentally distinct from advice and discussion. The final question does involve advice and discussions etc. However, legislation has now been published, which I understand weakens the argument about Ministers' need for a safe space for discussion. In addition, the public interest in understanding how this particular legislation came to be drafted is exceptionally strong. Unlike most legislation that is passed, this Bill seeks to criminalise potentially everyone in the country for having normal conversations. The Bill seeks to criminalise routine discussions between parents and their children, doctors and their patients, therapists and their clients, teachers and their pupils, workmates and their colleagues, employers and their staff, social workers and the families they work with. It will also potentially criminalise organisations such as our own, Lesbian Persisitence, when carrying out our wholly legal campaigning work, or supporting detransitioners. It could also criminalise detransitioners who speak out about the medical treatments they have experienced and the effect that had on them. It will allow anybody - with or without a personal interest in the case - to bring a prosecution against someone they consider has misspoken. It will allow the courts to issue CPPOs which will have the effect of mandating or restricting daily behaviour, dictating family relationships and conversations, and criminalising any deviation, despite the actions involved not otherwise being criminal, including actions and conversations that many see as normal safeguarding. It will likely lead to significant numbers of children being taken into care (as has happened elsewhere in the world). The potential impact of the Bill is therefore extraordinarily wide ranging, and will bring almost everyone into its ambit, despite them having no criminal intention. In the circumstances, we believe that the public interest in understanding the details of how this Bill came about should be paramount.

Nah mate. It's nasty, ageist, racist trash, of course you cast black kids as selfish & destructive, of course you did. 🤮 The ad tells me yet again that over the last decade or more, John Lewis has become somewhere really unpleasant & mean spirited.

Replying to @UKLabour
@UKLabour claims that we have to follow EU food standards and SPS rules because our food exports to the EU have dropped. But take a good look at the chart below: the main drop in fruit exports to the EU is in citrus fruit, pineapples, avocados, mangoes, and Bananas. These were always re-exports from Commonwealth countries that the EU miscounted as UK exports. Now that we are outside the EU, these goods are correctly counted as non-UK exports. The #EUReset won't change this.

Out-of-work tree surgeon Dean Bailey attended an appointment at Newcastle Job Centre. His meeting was with an Asian woman. He stated that he didn’t want to be seen by a “non-British person.” His comments were deemed racist & magistrates fined Bailey £120 & ordered him to pay £80 compensation to his “victim,” £600 in costs, a £114 surcharge for his racist comments to an Asian employee at the Job Centre. I’m sure an Asian person could request to see another Asian person. They get translators, all paid for by the taxpayer as well. Basically, if you’re English, you’re a second-class citizen in your own country now.

Stop shouting TREASON at me FFS. Tony Blair changed the treason laws in 1998 (course he did) treason doesn’t mean what you think it does. Blair’s government repealed 2 Treason Acts and abolished the death penalty. The main law still dates back to 1351 though. Treason doesn’t mean betraying the British people. It remains a specific crime against the Crown, like plotting the monarch’s death, war against the King or assisting his enemies. The government can pass whatever laws it likes, sign international treaties, surrender powers or introduce policies that betray Britain’s interests. That’s isn’t treason. Fun fact … The King also can’t be prosecuted for treason while he is the reigning monarch. (Handy) So screaming treason over immigration, sovereignty, international agreements or government policy is stupid (and annoying). It IS political betrayal but that’s not treason. Either way … They win.

I just want to marvel at the woman who is @salltweets for a moment. A post of appreciation for the woman who has been put through hell by a country that prides itself on fairness and robustness. We have all seen her deal with the persecution inflicted on her by the State through its agencies - Parliament, the AHRC, the court system, etc - with such strength, tenacity, and the unwavering knowledge that she is right. We all know she is right. Even the press that ignored her and the fight she was waging against the State for all women. And still she steps up and gives it her all. She is a talented, engaging and switched on woman. She is exceptional. And she has been cut down by the most absurd and authoritarian State perpetrated lie this country has ever seen. She has had her business destroyed in this country because of lawmakers and institutions determined to enforce the ludicrous and dangerous nonsense on all of us that men are women when they say they're women. And on the back of that first astonishing State mandated lie come so many more that can only lead to the abhorrent abuse of vulnerable people we see all around us now. But Sall has not been silenced. Far from it! I admire you so much, Sall Grover. Thank you for standing firm in the face of all those blows that were intended to devastate you. You daughter has a brilliant mother, and Australia has a fearsome champion for women.

Why does it seem that the system favours the wicked, while good people get crushed? This article will help you understand what's happening, and why it feels so wrong. The rise of the “Managerial State” marked a profound transformation of Western political order. Old forms of authority such as family, church, and local enterprise gave way to sprawling bureaucracies and corporate behemoths, organizations devoted less to the common good than to efficiency, control, and the management of populations. These entities are largely insulated from accountability, and they exist first and foremost to perpetuate themselves. Within this system, anarcho-tyranny becomes not a bug but a feature. By allowing chaos to simmer (unpunished crime, lawless streets, constant insecurity) the regime manufactures the pretext for further control. Meanwhile, the full weight of state authority falls on those who obey the rules, precisely because they are easiest to police. It is safer for the state to punish an office worker for an ill-judged social media post than to confront gangs who rule neighborhoods with impunity. It is easier to squeeze the citizen who files his taxes than to discipline the oligarch who launders billions. Disorder distracts, and tyranny pacifies. Together they reinforce the grip of the managerial class. The managerial class gets richer and more powerful. You get poorer and more subjugated. It doesn't have to be this way. Look at El Salvador. It is possible to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. It is possible to restore our land and heal our society. It is possible to bring back justice and freedom and a healthy, wholesome society in which families can flourish. It starts with you making a commitment to get active. To do real things in the real world with real people. We don't need, and we don't want, a revolution. We need a Restoration. Let's get started. Today.
