Subject🚨: RSS’s Nazism in America. How the ‘RSS Friends’, a non-commercial American company and RSS’ American agent, has EVADED the FARA, 1938. The FARA filings show RSS Friends has gamed the filing and deceived the American law. Deception No.1 - In its filing (item No.10, Exhibit A), RSS Friends is required to explain the “nature of the business or activity” of RSS. The RSS Friends state, RSS is an “..unincorporated voluntary organization engaged in Hindu cultural, social-service, educational, civic, and ideological activities. It organizes local member groups and training programs, supports community-service and relief initiatives, and promotes the social and Hindu cultural philosophy.” Isn’t the RSS Friends lying through its teeth here❓Do we not see the RSS volunteers openly campaigning in favour of BJP candidates❓(See the TOI’s screenshot). But there’s no mention of Sangh’s political activities by RSS Friends. Deception No.2 - At Item No.12 of Exhibit A requires RSS Friends explain, “If the foreign principal is an organization and is not owned or controlled by a foreign government, foreign political party or other foreign principal, state who owns and controls it.” ❓The RSS Friends simply states - N/A (Not Applicable) Lying again‼️ Isn’t the Sangh CONTROLLED by SARSANGHCHALAK, in the least❓The buck (muck, rather) of volunteerism stops at Sarsanghchalak. You dress the same, sing the same hymn, say the same prayers, follow the same channel of hierarchy and evolutionary programs for cadres, follow the preachings of the past Sarsanghchalaks, gather at the same place, take the same pledge together, give effect to the plan and you want the world to believe, this happens without direction or CONTROL❓ The RSS Friends wants the American Law to believe and unquestionably accept this❗️ Deception No.3 - In response to Item No.8, Exhibit B, requiring the RSS Friends to “Describe fully the nature and method of performance of the.... agreement or understanding” (between RSS Friends and RSS). The RSS Friends provides self-contradictory and rather funny, explanation. It begins by saying, it seeks to conduct its activities “openly and transparently”, then says its doesn’t have any written agreement with RSS, containing “specified deliverables” and further asserts, “The absence of a written contract should not be understood as a representation that no relationship exists. RSS Friends will disclose the actual facts relevant to its activities.” Only RSS can deliberately make such ambiguous statements with child like innocence. To conclude, the America has a serious immediate cause for worry, if it accepts these senseless, deliberately evasive and opaque disclosures. The obvious mistake the USA can make, is to ignore it as a Hindu socio-cultural, religious activity and, ignore it. It is not❗️ This art of deception is nearly four thousand years old. Beware‼️ If not checked, America will end by providing a fertile ground for the Communal Indian virus to mutate on American soil and use American resources for its nefarious motives.
