Highly sensitive transcripts (family court, private hearings, potentially national-security related material) accessed in India via VIQ Solutions’ subcontract to e24 in Chennai - in clear breach of the contracts. Courts already knew about similar Auscript offshoring years earlier and waved it through as “minor.” That’s a serious failure of oversight and data security. Why, after 3+ years and zero public hearings, has the “exceptional circumstances” test still never been met? 2. What’s the actual threshold being applied? 3. How many investigations have ended with findings of serious/systemic corrupt conduct vs “no further action,” and what’s the average time from referral to outcome? 4. After the Inspector found apprehended bias on the initial Robodebt handling and then dropped probes into Brereton’s Defence work once he resigned, what systemic fixes were actually made and why weren’t the draft reports finalised and released? 5. Current open caseload, number of private hearings held so far, and what would actually trigger a public hearing in a high-public-interest matter? 6. Has the NACC received or considered any referrals linked to the court transcription offshoring / data-security failures, and if so what action has been taken? Hold them to account.
