Will the gun control skeletons hiding in James Talarico's closet come back to haunt him?
From voting against Constitutional Carry to restricting access to concealed carry permits, Talarico has shown to be an enemy of gun owners in Texas. Now, he wants a promotion to go after all Americans' gun rights.
Read more about Talarico's anti-gun record in the article below.

1. The shooter used a shotgun, one not even heavily regulated in many European countries.
2. The shooter was a minor, was restricted from possessing that firearm in many different ways under Oregon law, all of which they ignored.
3. The shooter targeted a school you helped disarm, and bragged about doing so.
4. The shooter was stopped by an armed citizen who, thank God, ignored that law, and thus saved countless lives.
Temu Mr. Clean and the Coffin Surfing harpy should be held accountable for their actions directly facilitating this tragedy.

🚨 MILLIONS OF GUN OWNERS JUST WALKED FREE OF THE NFA.
Many states haven’t caught up.
The ATF stopped enforcement on suppressor and short barrel registration on Oct. 9. Several states still tie your gun to that paperwork, which means skipping it can still land you in legal trouble at home.
Mississippi AG Lynn Fitch fixed it for suppressors in three days. Every AG in these states can do the same.
Sign the petition below and tell yours to follow the ATF’s lead.

Spc. Jakob Noonan was serving his country and now faces a felony charge for exercising a God-given constitutional right.
Trying to destroy a young service member’s life over peaceful firearm possession is appalling—especially when he’s trusted to carry a firearm in service of the very government now prosecuting him.
Where is the enforcement discretion?
NAGR @gunrights published a link to directly contact U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro @USAttyPirro , urging the case to be dropped. It takes 60 seconds, please make our voices be heard.

He was sent to D.C. to stop criminals. Instead, he’s being treated like one.
Spc. Jakob Noonan of the Oklahoma National Guard is part of the mission that’s seen D.C. homicides drop 41%. He was off duty when Park Police asked if he had a gun. He told the truth. The pistol is legal for him to carry back home.
Now he’s facing a felony and up to 5 years in prison.
@JudgeJeanine, you told gun owners you’re “a proud supporter of the Second Amendment.”
Prove it. Drop the charges.

🚨 GUN RIGHTS ALERT! 🚨
Gov. Stein vetoed your right to carry. The NC House gets ONE day to kill that veto.
Legislators are in Raleigh Wednesday, Oct. 7 to suspend the gas tax. While they're there, they can override Stein on Constitutional Carry.
Speaker Destin Hall runs the floor. Reps. William Brisson and Ted Davis are the Republican holdouts.
They're weeks from an election, and that's when they feel the heat. Make sure they know their vote on Constitutional Carry decides yours.
Send your message directly below, then share this with every pro-gun person you know.

Embarrassed that a school teacher doesn’t know how to read the title of the book in your own photo?
Just like the Big Bend fiasco I caught you in. You’re either a liar or incompetent. Both are disqualifying.

Too many lower court judges treat Bruen like a suggestion.
Jesus Osete, President Trump's nominee for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, won't be one of them.
His record at the Missouri AG's office and the DOJ Civil Rights Division is a record of fighting government overreach. His Second Amendment briefs show someone who will follow Supreme Court precedent instead of dodging it.
NAGR has formally endorsed his confirmation. @ChuckGrassley, @SenJudiciaryGOP, move him forward.

State-administered death is now more common in Canada than gun homicide is in the U.S.
That didn’t happen by accident.

Still chuckling over this banger of a section in yesterday’s Bloomberg hit piece— that I’ve recruited gun law experts led by @Arrinba3870 to do Second Amendment litigation 😲….
Latest hit piece incoming. They hate me ‘cause they ain’t me! By my count, the fourth major media hit piece of the month. Hmm I wonder why …
And yet she persisted …

Our prediction was correct.
Rarely do social media platforms turn against guns organically. What almost always happens is anti-gun organizations storm into their offices, accuse them of facilitating murder and violence, and demand they censor firearm content.
The platform then rushes to crack down before the article drops.
And right on cue, the article is out:
I find these World Trade Center simulations by Kostack Studio fascinating because they remove the smoke and let you see the collapse much more clearly.
In the real footage, so much is hidden by fire, dust, debris, distance, and chaos that many people come away with the impression that the towers simply dropped straight down into their own footprints.
But that is not really what happened.
These simulations make it much easier to see that the collapse begins in the heavily damaged and fire-weakened region, the upper section starts moving and tilting, and the destruction then propagates downward through the structure.
The towers do not simply disappear vertically into their own footprints. Large portions of the upper structure and exterior are moving outward and to the side as the collapse develops. Much of that motion is simply obscured in the real videos once the enormous debris cloud forms.
And this is also why I find these simulations useful when people describe the collapses as looking like “controlled demolition.”
Strip away the smoke and dust and the resemblance becomes much less convincing.
What you see is a highly asymmetric structural failure beginning around the aircraft-damaged and fire-affected floors, followed by an enormous moving mass progressively overwhelming the structure beneath it. There is tilting, rotation, exterior columns peeling away, debris being thrown far outside the building footprint, and structural failure occurring chaotically as the collapse moves downward.
That is very different from the neat mental image usually implied by “controlled demolition,” where structural supports are deliberately severed in a carefully timed sequence to produce a predetermined collapse.
And importantly, we already know what preceded these collapses.
Both towers suffered massive aircraft-impact damage. Fireproofing was stripped from portions of the structure. Large, uncontrolled fires then burned across multiple floors - for about 56 minutes in the South Tower and about 102 minutes in the North Tower - heating and weakening structural components until collapse initiated.
Once that upper mass began moving, the loads imposed on the floors and structure beneath became vastly greater than anything they had been designed to carry.
The result was progressive collapse.
No, an animation is not proof simply because it looks convincing, and these are not official NIST simulations. They are visualizations built under particular assumptions.
But as visualizations, I think they are extremely useful.
They let you see something the original footage often cannot show clearly: beneath that enormous cloud of smoke and debris was a complicated, violent, asymmetric structural failure - not two buildings neatly dropping straight down into their own footprints.
A note on the simulation: this is not intended to reproduce the collapse down to the exact motion of every beam, floor panel, and fragment of debris. No practical simulation could do that. Its value is in modeling the large-scale structural behavior - how the major sections deform, move, tilt, separate, and progressively fail. Think of it as a visualization of the mechanics and overall collapse behavior, not a frame-by-frame reconstruction of where every piece of steel ultimately landed.

The ATF raided a pastor's home over a kitchen table FFL.
They illegally photographed his 4473s on their personal cell phones. Biden's zero tolerance policy did the rest. Pastor Russell Fincher took a plea on one count of selling ammunition to a prohibited person, got probation, and lost his right to bear arms.
A pastor. A teacher. A family man with no business being a federal target.
He's pardoned now, thanks to all of you.

President Trump granted Patrick Adamiak, a decorated Navy Veteran, a full and unconditional pardon, bringing an end to a twenty-year federal prison sentence that we believe never should have happened in the first place.
Last year, Palmetto State Armory, along with the Right to Bear Association and the National Association for Gun Rights, filed an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court in support of Patrick "Tate" Adamiak. We're thankful to the President for using his authority to right this wrong.

An innocent man was facing twenty years in federal prison.
We decided that was unacceptable. Combining our resources with @protectwithbear and @palmettoarmory, we were determined to get Patrick Adamiak home.
After a long fight, a joint brief to SCOTUS arguing his innocence, and many meetings at the White House, we managed to pull it off.
Patrick is free.
The work PSA put in to help make this happen should not be taken for granted or go without praise. Too often, the firearm industry stands on the sidelines in cases like this, afraid to get political, afraid to defend itself, or afraid to paint a target on its back.
Not this time, and it mattered.
